i bought 1k backlinks yesterday got my report today. Some things i had question about is that i can see all the links on the report and when i check them (about 50 random) i see all the forum profiles but none of them have any posts just my website is the there profile with the keywords. but i gave 2 urls but all the keywords seem to be linked to only one url. The url thing is odd but is it normal for all the forum profiles to have no posts?

I have a question about selling turnkey sites and potential earnings claims. So for about a month i have been monitoring flippa daily looking at what turnkey niche/adsense sites sell and what sites dont. I have noticed that the sites that sell and the ones that sell for a few hundred bucks have claims that the site could make the buyer hundreds or thousands of dollars. These are sites are usually brand spanking new and have no backlinks and not ranking anywhere in the search engines.

I have noticed that the sellers that have listings like make $2311 a month are the ones that sell for good money. even if the site has no traffic or current revenue they still sell. However, I noticed that the sites on sale that are modest with earnings potential fail to sell or sell for a fraction of the price of the ones with huge earnings potential claims.

My question is do sellers with such claims have to deal with refunds and other hassles. Some of these guys seem to be successful as they have lots of listings and trust

Another question that i have is about earning guarantees? I noticed lots of sellers saying things like make 3400 a month guaranteed. I.E. "If your not making 3400 in 6 months get your money back"...Are these sellers serious? Some of these sites that i have seen have no chance of making 340 dollars or even $34bucks let alone $3400. Are the sellers that are guaranteeing this income just making these claims just to make a sale? Also do these buyers have any way of getting there money back when their 4page niche site on rubber water bottles never makes them 3400bucks a month in adsense revenue?

Facebook Ads banned my account course my paypal account didn't match the details i had setup in facebook ads.
A few days later, i cleared my cookies + cache and signed up to facebook ads again. This time with the matching address details from my paypal account.
Now my account is still active but they wont accept my paypal account anymore.
Everytime i try to add it, i get an error message that there was an error while adding my funding source.

How can i get a working facebook ads account again? I only have 1 paypal account as funding source and dont have a credit card.

With the new version "V1.15.7" Scrapebox came with a very serious bug. When I try to check the links, in just 2 minutes after pressing the "start" it is blocked. I never had this problem with other versions, but with the last version I have.

This is an extension of a reply I posted to another thread.

Ill let you in on a story of mine, when I was 17 untill 21 I started selling jet skis on ebay, I would get them for cheap from CL and other classifieds and make SERIOUS bank for a 17 year old, at my peak I had 20 jet skis in my parents garage, backyard and front yard, making no less than $500 on each one and they sold fast during the summer. At times I had a number of people contact me through eBay to find a jet ski for them as my feedback got better, that was quick money. Best sale was when I got a jet ski for $800 sold it for $2500 the next day! $1700 for MAYBE an hour of work. Was hanging around in Vegas casinos and strip clubs every weekend.

What does it have to do with BH, I dont know...be creative, it does involve promoting online after all.

This is a seasonal niche, depends on which hemisphere your one but if summer is coming your way in the next couple of months, now is the time.


- Get $200 - 300 to start with

- Go into craigslist and other local classifieds in your area and look for jet skis ranging in year of production from 1984 to 1995 ish (rarely had success with anything older or newer because its either too much of a piece of crap or the profit margin isn't worth it.)

What worked for me

- Models to look for:

Kawasaki stand up jet skis, any model from 1984 to 1993 (440,550,650)
Seadoo 2 seaters ( from 1989-1995) *good profit margin
Yamaha stand up jets skis ( 1990 - 1994 )

Number 1 Rule (VERY IMPORTANT): Make sure they look clean like someone's grandma used it twice in 20 years, if they are clean, thats a guaranteed quick sale for good profit.

thoese are models I made the real moneny from, but as you get into it, you would know what a good deal is when you see it.

What to stay away from:

- If its beat up, no matter how cheap, forget it.
- Kawasaki made a hybrid between stand up and sit down jet skis from around 1989 to 1993, dont ever buy it, people advertise them for $1000 but they NEVER sell for that (trust me on this)

I cant emphasize enough how important it is for a ski to look "clean" that also means that its stock, no "pimped out" jet skis.

Another Key Fact:

People will advertise jet skis as non working and sell cheap, I guarantee you that 80% of the time the ski will start with a new battery and some fuel, easy money again;)

Do some research to get a feel for your local area, I only advertised on eBay and craigslist but Im sure others will have their sources.

I set out some time ago to have a tool made for myself to use. The premise was to utilize it to manipulate scrapebox lists quicker and easier so I could offer my scrapebox products and get things done. Thus “Scrapebox Helper Tool”.


2 months and $600 later I have these 2 tools. They do everything I set out to do, albeit a couple of the features were added to scrapebox in the mean time. Rather then make you read about the tools, I made 2 videos for the 2 tools respectively.

These tools REQUIRE .Net 4 Framework to run. I include the info on where to get .net 4 framework, if you do not already have that. The Hi Speed tool will work on Windows 32 and 64 Bit systems. The Multi function tool fully works on 32 Bit systems and some functions work on 64 Bit systems.

I was orginally going to sell these for $45, but when the development was finshed I realized 2 things. Firstly the multi function tool isn’t fully functional on 64 Bit systems, and 2 functions of the tools have been built into scrapebox while I was having my tools developed.

The two functions that are now built into scrapebox that my tools do are
* Search within files for text
* Mass duplicate Url/Domain removal

Removing Root urls from files has saved me a lot of time, since those can not obviously be commented to. Also another major function that has saved me time is selecting the number of urls to keep from any domain, this is very handy when posting.

Also if you use either my Hi Speed tool or Scrape boxes new addon to remove duplicate urls, you can end up with a file larger then 1 million lines. Which still doesn’t work with the Windows grid of 1 million lines max that scrapebox uses. At the time I am posting this, scrapebox does not have a file splitter that will let you work with these files, you have to split them by hand. (I would anticipate however, that they will add one in the future, don’t know, just a guess). Anyway at this time since there isn’t one, there is a tool in the multi function tool that lets you import large multi million line files and then split them out into files of 1 million lines or less for use with scrapebox.

All that said, these are still functional tools that will allow you to do things Scrapebox currently does not support. Things that can save you a vast amount of time.

THE PROJECT

The project was to build backlinks to his 18 of his sites in the auto insurance niche. This was the email with respect to that:



In order to acertain my competence, he asked for a sample which was to do backlinking task on just a site.

He asked for the sample and I did everything as requested. This was the mail he sent after doing it:



I was paid $150 for the job done. Because the job was done as requested, he had to add 2 more sites to work on, making 3. This was the mail he sent with respect to that:




THE "PARTNER"

The whole thing started getting complicated after finishing the first site and was about to start the 3 sites, NOWHERE called me through skype and said he would like to introduce his "partner" to me. He said they were both very impressed with the first job I did. I was just hearing the other guy speaking underground.

In that first conversation through skype, he offered me another job to write 100 articles for the auto insurance niche. The cost of the articles was $300 at the rate of $3 per article. This was the mail to support that:



The above image shows that NOWHERE was the real person in charge of the whole project. He used the word "I", meaning that he was the one responsible for the whole job and not the "partner".

From the introduction of the "partner", communication about the project with NOWHERE was no longer regular. Then one day, he sent me a mail that the "partner" would like to chat with me through skype. I did not know if that "partner" was the same NOWHERE himself. I noticed that NOWHERE was becoming less involved in terms of communication concerning the backlinking project. The "partner" seemed to be the person taking the decisions as to what he wanted to be done. There was no way of knowing whether NOWHERE and the "partner" were the same person.

This was the communication we exchanged concerning the article writing job in addition to backlink building. This showed he was satisfied with the articles.



This was the mail he sent to me, officially "bringing" the "partner" to the whole scene:



I used to deliver the articles in batches of 20 articles per batch. This was the mail sent to me requesting for the last batch of the articles, showing he had been satisfied with the 80 articles I had written so far:

It would be noticed that agreement was to create backlinks. It was not part of the deal for me to ensure that those links were indexed by the search engines like Google. NOWHERE sent me a mail that his "partner" wanted to know what I was doing to ensure that the links I was creating were indexed. However, he (NOWHERE) did not dispute that I had done a high quality job. He even requested in a mail that I should send an invoice ($600 due) for the 2-week job. This was the mail he sent:

I created the links manually with images of cars (the sites being promoted were on car insurance) and personal profile like date of birth, occupation, hobbies, etc. He later offered to pay $400, complaining that the $600 was too much. CONCLUSION

Well, $600 is gone. However, the questions that come to my mind are:

1. Was NOWHERE the same as "partner"? Have I being dealing with the same person for close to two months and thinking that I was dealing with 2 different people? SCAMMING BY PROXY?

2. If NOWHERE was different from "partner", did he know about the actions of his "partner"?

3. If NOWHERE was not part of this scam and different from "partner", why has he failed to respond to my emails and skype chat?

This was my experience with NOWHERE. Probably members of this community with more wisdom would be able to point out what is amiss.

I need no posts, in no cities, zero times per day.

I am in the middle a designing a site for a client. I need to display content provided by a 3rd party source. They do not provided a RSS or an XML feed, So I need to grab the remote pages by URL.

When I first proposed the new site, I thought I was going to use IFrame, which I know would work, but I do not get the SEO properties of the content I am trying to display on the site. This I did not learn until later.
Obviously, I am trying to SEO as much of the site as I can.

I am looking for a way to grab remote content and display the said content on the local webpage. Grab the content each once every 24 hours to make sure it fresh or when the page is accessed by customers. (may slow load times though.
I am using WP for the site. So, what ever method used needs to work with WP, either a plug in or some code.

I am asking if anyone knows how to accomplish this task. I have googled around and found that PHP and Curl can get the job done, but I do not jack squat about curl and very little about php, nor could I find and ready made code I could use to start with.

I did find a plugin (wp-web-scrapper.2.6) that is supposed to do what I am trying to do, but I cold not get it work correctly. It would only grab the text from the remote and nothing else.

Even you cold give some pointer, or is you have a script or someway of making this happen, it would be greatly appreciated.

Now , I've read all forum threads about this and followed all their advice but still don't have an answer to it. There must be something missing I can find out here. Here's the problem:

I have a good list of freshly scraped SMF forums, all clean and at the index page. I make all settings as recommended by tutorials I have read.

But I only get 4% success rate for profiles. Yes, Four percent. At this point I'm figuring, I must be doing something wrong, as I expected at least 10% with Xrumer.

Then, the most weird thing, I enabled self learning mode and used kensai's XAS_AI which a lot of people have said is very good. Now my success rate has DROPPED to just 2%!! I was expecting a big boost with that file!

I get a lot registered e.g. 'captcha recognized;registering only mode ON' but very few profiles. I also get very few activation needed forums when I know the vast majority of forums need activation, so maybe do I need a new xmessages.txt? Most of them go to the 'Part Successful' which is really frustrating.

What kind of success rates do you guys experience and how can I improve mine?
