Guys i have company named smthng like "Banana Taxi Miami"(it is s-Corporation). And i have website where people reserving regular bicycles for one of my friends for comission. Also on that site i have advertisement for these "TAXI"s.

Till now all the money i was getting cash, but it's too troublesome and takes a lot of time. So i want customers to pay my% directly on my website as reservation fee. And the rest - they gonna pay him at his store.

So here i have the question:.
1.Can paypal name be "Banana Bikes Miami", not "Banana Taxi Miami". Does paypal check the name? Does it have be EXACTLY the same?
2.If 90% of all money which get to paypal will be spent on this and other sites(have some online projects which need to be done), and only 10% will get to acount bank of "banana taxi Miami" is it ok with IRS, doesn't look suspicious? I want this 90% to be "expenses on advertising" and only 10% actual profit.
3.I talked to my accounter, he told that i need to collect sales tax. So i will be paying the Sales Tax from all amount which get to paypal. And corporate tax only from this 10% which is actual profit - right?

what are some ways to hurt your competitors rankings? one thing that comes to mind is spamming them with scrapebox/xrumer links with "porn" as the anchor text. that would probably cause them to dance a lot

A client approached me in developing their 7 y/o domain.

Now, from what I've heard aged domains have much more trust rank in the eyes of Google.

However, I've also heard that it's important to consider aged domains with an SEO history... and this domain has not been used for anything. 0 backlinks.

So my question: What is the defining factor in gauging the effectiveness of an aged domain? Merely the fact that its been registered for 7+ years, or a history of SEO?

I was just doing some research on a competitor in my niche. They're about 5th in the google rankings for the keyword I'm going for. I went to check their backlinks and it looks like they have 850. I then noticed that the majority of backlinks were on a page like /links_8.html, etc... So i clicked on a few of them, and they were just a page of links, like with a title "Cool links" and then lots of links with a little bit of text. They are pretty unrelated to the site.

Is this a link wheel? Or is there a name for this? Is this the 1st tier, 2nd tier sites I keep hearing about? Is there a way to automate this free blogs maybe? Create lots of free blogs, chuck some crappily spun articles on them (can all be the same niche), write 10 spun articles. Then churn out lots and lots of spun versions of the websites, you could probably get like 500 sites from 10 spun articles. Get them all ranking and link back to your main site?

I'm wondering if anyone has noticed a link between having a domain that isn't expiring within the next year and improved SEO.

I've heard around the net that it is a good idea to register your domain for more than 1 year at a time, but I've never heard any proof of it actually working or even being beneficial.

Say you find a spam blog with just about every page spammed to death/high OBL's. But you happen to one page on there that isnt spammed to death, with only a few OBLs. Will you be getting more link juice than the links on the pages spammed to death? Or is the link juice is crap?

As most of you know, I'm not new to eBay. As few of you know, I ship my products out of China using absolutely no middlemen. I also have to increase paid effort into marketing, testing how something sells to its target demographic (Free shipping vs Paid Shipping?) Then I usually have to increase the number of employees I have to cover customer service, complaints, and to send the item out. I am doing this method to determine how much money I will be saving by lack of increased overhead, and to gauge my transition from retail to wholesale.

I have a lot of different email addresses for linkbuilding. It becomes more and more difficult to handle all those accounts through visiting each of them by browser and changing the IP after each visit.
Is there an email program out there, which can collect the emails and can change the IP (maybe with proxy) after checking an account and before continuing with the next one?
It's not neccessary to send emails, just to collect them and to hide to the freemail services, that all the mails belong to the same person / IP.

I rencently bought a .info site with the same name as my site. i want to blast he .info site with scrapebox and xrummer then redirect this to my main site.

just wnated to clarify will i do this the same way you would when you redirect a site to another when the site is down?. will this not send a footprint back to me?

and the comment is already there which you can edit by editing the SEO comment.text file.
