| CL requiring PVA on "Rant & Rave" Section, and it's intermittant? Posted: 04 Jun 2011 08:22 PM PDT I post on CL R&R regularly. Say all sorts of crazy stuff. Yesterday it wanted my account phone-verified. I didn't feel like doing it, so I hit the back-button and deleted all the text, then changed my mind and typed the word "test" in all the fields and then the second attempt it posted. Then, went into my Account, editted the post and pasted the original text and the ad was fine. Now today, I do another ad, and this time it was phone verified also. This time I did the phone verification, except this time instead of a text message, I got a phone call with voice verification. I don't think I was given a choice. Is text message phone verification over now? Is anyone aware of some kind of trigger where certain text can be posted without requiring phone verification, while other text does? Is it the number of words? Keywords? And, this is in the R&R section. Is CL beta-testing? Does CL have a history of beta-testing it's changes in the R&R section, or is this something CL cares about specific to the R&R section. (I say bad things to lots of people. Does CL care enough to enforce some kind of speech standard in their "Rant & Rave" section, enough to require phone verification on accounts that post there? Could this be a result of the "Adult Services" section being done away with? |

The reason I ask is because I'm kicking the ass of the sites ahead of me in ranking in terms of quantity and quality of backlinks. The one differentiators is that they are listed in the yahoo directory. |

For example, it scrapes some general long ass comments from blogs and removes anything direct...but still looks natural. Or it removes niche-targeted comments from other blogs and implants them on different blogs. Cool? What do you think? |

I am using AMR and blasting my articles with it with my keywords as anchor text placed in the resource box. Now if I do a bunch of web 2.0 and want to take like 30-40 links and blast them with AMR how the heck am I suppose to insert them all into it? Posted: 04 Jun 2011 06:28 PM PDT so i have a dotorg and a fellow comp has a dotnet site. but he ranks way better than me with the exact same keyword. from what i gather, we started the website back in april traffic travis says the compeding site has 1 backlink and 4 total backlinks from his entire site whereas i have 7 backlinks. my content is more rich and unique. i am still quite new at this and i know there are tools that i am missing to truely analyze the compeditor. any advice is greatly appreciated . |

Please, hivemind, examine what i did and tell me what i did wrong :) I bought several VPS (at ARVEX, loveVPS etc), each with 1 IP, pointed like 20 domains on each vps. They DO deliver on tests, but makes 100% junk with most simple messages like "hi" sent from my server directly. After that i bought reseller hosting accounts and parked 20 domains on each, ans created smtp accounts on domains. Same pic - they junk everywhere. Using MailerKing as a sending software thrue SMTP accounts. Ok, i tried the newest emails from data4marketers, sent over 300k and got 17 clicks lol. for example one of the reseller hosting IPs is 75_126_128_240 - senderscore is pretty high. Why dont i get traffic? email was: "My dear pal I just wanted to let you know that my friend recently lost his job, because of the economy. However, luckily, he is now doing $3,800 a month. Requirements: iTouch/iPhone/iPad (sorry if you dont have one :() Proxies Here are the steps to create unlimited accounts. Step 1: Download the free app "textfree unlimited" to your iTouch/iPhone/iPad. Step 2: Create an account on the app, it is a 10 second process which requires no email verification. So use an email such as xxxxxx@mail.com. This account will provide you with a free phone number which can receive SMS verification. Step 3: Create the account you want- The rules are different for each account type. For example, you can create 10 gmail/yt accounts per proxy and 5 per phone #. This means you have to create a new textfree account every 5 accounts created and change proxies every 10 accounts created. Step 4: When you hit your limit simply change ip's or create a new textfree unlimited account depending on the error you receive. It takes 10 seconds and you can create unlimited accounts! One of the ways i've pushed this blog is through connecting with communities, running competitions and being amongst my readers demographic anywhere and everywhere I can. Well it occured to me that i'm not using youtube. I've never made videos before and even though i've hosted presentations on my own for various software and services, i'm a little nervous. I'm basically going to chat about what I like. Maybe i'll go over some of the new Facebook games and talk about them. I'm not trying to win any awards here. I can easily take a don't give a fuck attitude about people criticizing me for not being as charismatic as an actor like Clive Owen(my idol!). The problem is my accent. Unless you are from England, you won't understand how "different" my accent is. I'm from Liverpool, we're called "scousers" and 99% of true scousers sound like idiots on videos :) I'm testing some videos here and there but on the replay I feel like I could cringe at the sound of some of the words and how I pronounce them. I can either embrace it or not, but like I said, i'm nervous. I'm using Camstudio right now, seems to work ok. My microphone is quite good so no problems there. Anyone have any tips for making great desktop video dubs? |

What happens if you don't pay, they take your links down, and then google can't find the pages when it crawls that network the next time? Will it pull you down in serp rank? My question is do you need to keep those links there permanently in order to stay on top? |

Looking up major keywords in my area and getting results for good alternative keywords to index that are 'very easy' etc. which have only a few hundred sites, compared to millions of sites for the main keywords. I've been taking note of the keywords with 2500-20k + in the easy catagories so i can start campaigns and target those. What I'm concerned about though, is that I was downloading the batch from google adwords, and when I only target one in the batch research, it gives me different results. The most prominent keyword I had that stood out which was 'very easy' was giving me results of 23k per month. Then when i did it seperately, it told me 'very easy' but only said 680 per month. How accurate is that? Because I don't want to be wasting my time and resources if it isn't accurate. Can anyone explain why I would get two drastically different results for the exact same term? Thanks guys, you're pretty much making me a millionaire if the results are correct. |

I would like to push them further. Since I stick to the hilltop algorithm for 99% of my SEOing I find that it's easy to make it 30th position, sometimes it's a breeze to get to rank 5, but I've encountered a huge boulder lately and I want to research a different angle of attack. the tool I need is a search engine scraper: I need to scrape the results of a keyword phrase from bing, yahoo and google . the first 500 to 1000 I would like it to give me the results in an text file with the domain name and rank, I have no problem if it shows multiple results for the same domain. I would like it to work slowly, I don't want it to require the use of a proxy. I never hide when I do the SEO stuff and I'm rather happy with the success I have had. I would like something I could run overnight so that it does the job and the next morning I have 3 output files showing the results for yahoo, bing and google. does anyone have any ideas or point me in the right direction.
