if (nDays==null || nDays==0) nDays=1;
expire.setTime(today.getTime() + 3600000*24*nDays);
document.cookie = "clicktrack="+escape(cookieValue)
+ ";expires="+expire.toGMTString();
}

function readCookie() {
var nameEQ = "clicktrack=";
var ca = document.cookie.split(';');
for(var i=0;i < ca.length;i++) {
var c = ca[i];
while (c.charAt(0)==' ') c = c.substring(1,c.length);

2 major problems that I am facing with scrapebox

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 08:42 PM PDT

1. after spamming about 1000 blogs, my router fails. I have to reset for my internet to work again.
2. proxies die in the middle of spamming.

Therefore, I have to be stuck to the computer and check every 15 minutes.
The whole point of SB is to make things automatic so you dont waste your time.
What is a good solution for me? I just want to give SB a list of 400K blogs, press "start posting", leave it alone, and forget about it.
I have heard some of you guys use VPN/VPS, what does that mean?
Does my internet connection have to work in order for the VPN to work?
do I need proxies?

Things I have learned! - Motivation

I am a new user here on this forum .. BUT not new in the industry! ... 2-3 days back I was reading a post by a guy saying he couldn’t earned any money from internet and no one makes money on internet and the people who say they do .. they are liars .. errrr .. :) I got smile on my face and I started to think about the past .. I tho writing this long details might be interesting ….

I used to be in Emailing business since 1999 … and saw industry getting change and new improvements getting evolve, earlier days I used to make around $70 per day at that time and was happy making that much per day, using a php form allowing me to post 800-1000’s of emails and a subject with a message in it .. than a friend told me to add up a box to load up emails from a .txt file and I was very happy getting it done .. after sometime I found qmail is crashed and messages got queddd’’’ than I got a chance to have another custom software developed worked for many days .. I think now .. maybe 2-3 years and I made very good cash at that time …. There was nothing like can spam law etc .. Emailing for someone who pays you after a month was something very big considered at that.

In 2002 I got a BOTNETMAILER (developed in php) as php was considered something very strong and dynamic at that time and something really very new for us ..and I got some code added up in it and made my fortune with it.. I’ve made up around 150k+ that year by only emailing for big fishes around… most of them listed top on rokso and on other spamhaus sites.
In 2003-2004 I started my own network of emailing servers both proxy based and direct servers .. ips are rented from different isp’s around and got a lic for ISP to run dialup connections and behind it I was operating as a hosting company as well as a direct emailing server management for clients located worldwide.. At that time I felt like whole world want to have those services when there was very vast market… I’ve made $8k from the official ISP J in a year and made 250k+ from the side business :)!!.. those 2 years was great for me!

In 2005-2007 I worked for couple of groups and helped them to setup their affiliate systems .. emailing solutions .. Complete business setup from scratch to Z .. from email template to merchant account for their business (doesn’t matter what kind of business they have!) I do not exactly remember the figures I have made with my partner .. but I did very well again :)

Since 2007- 2010 till now I have been involve in many small projects and earned well ..

In 2011 - I started my own affiliate program .. I had an idea and I worked on it .. before starting my project I did my home work of testing how it gonna work for me and the demand around the globe for the product and I did some small testing with ebay and it worked great and the result was more than I was expecting!! I got the site(s) designed/ coded affiliate system develop and soo much work done!!! .. took me 4-6 months to have such a system developed. I signed up on this forum as I found it from google and here I am :) and I def explain my affiliate system to moderator of this forum

Things I would like to share with all of my fellow members here that
What I have learned that time never come back !!! THINGS GET CHANGE!! … IF YOU EARNING GOOD TODAY! .. FAST YOUR EFFORTS TO MAKE MORE!! BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW HOW THE NEXT DAY WILL BE? .. TECHNOLOGY GETTING CHANGE PRETTY FAST .. DO NOT JUST WAIT IN QUE OR GET LAZY .. STAY FOCUS AND YOU’LL WIN!

I wish I could go back to the time and do more efforts than what I did!!

Tips From a Partner

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 07:25 PM PDT

Hi guys,

about 2 years ago I started a YouTube account with the aim to get a partnership. Just under a year ago I finally made it. Over the recent months I have neglected the channel, if I was serious I could easily be making over $30 a day from it but that is a long shot. currently its between $1.50-$5 / day so around $95 a month. Personally unless you are really serious about quality content, its a waste of time and effort.

I have never used any blackhat or promotional tools or methods. I did it the hard way...

In this thread I will show you a few strategies i used to use back in the day. some may not be relevant.

First thing is first, you need quality content. This might seem like a no brainer but make sure you have a theme or a "service" that you offer to viewers. this can result in an audience and subscribers. for example you may want to focus on computer tech, or SEO tips etc... try to run it professionally and results will come in.

Getting subscribers, which is an important factor when wanting to get a Partnership. What I did which turned out very successful is I mass PMed channels in the same niche I wrote out a very well worded letter explaining my channel and how it is growing and how "i would love to see them apart of it" I then made a channel intro video to send to them. I used to send about 200 PM's per day and with that i got at least 100 subscribers.

I used to PM 25 channels at a time. by: channel, channel, channel, channel, channel etc... in the section where you choose who you want to send it to. the max is 25. I am not sure if YouTube has changed any of this as I did it a just under 2 years ago. Also be very careful, I would only recommend it with a new channel as it could result in a ban, so do it at your own risk. With that said, it worked well for me.

Getting videos views the white hat way:
Just like with Google and SEO you want to pick a niche/keyword that is fairly untouched. once you have done that you should choose a title that people are more likely to view over the competition. for example if you were doing a "how to" video which a competitor has already done, add something on the end like "for beginners" or something like that. Of course this depends on what the video is about.

Make sure your videos are quality, this will entice people to subscribe.

Think of subscriptions as an audience. Personally I couldn’t care less how many subscribers I have, as long as I have an audience. Having Subscribers is a good way to have an audience and is a deciding factor in achieving a partnership.

It all comes down to hard work Like I said. Unless you are very proactive or offer a real unique service, the results are probably not worth your time.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. I can tell you a lot more, this is just off the top of my head

I'm uploading 1,000 videos right now

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 07:24 PM PDT

After seeing one thread of how some guy uploaded 1K videos I decided to do it on my own for the LuLz. I'm using YouTubeAdvertiser and it used API's. Already uploaded 260 videos already. As I said I don't really care if I get banned. Mainly doing this for the LuLz...

how to stop files being deleted?

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 07:15 PM PDT

hey everyone.

how do i avoid files getting deleted off of fileserve, rapidshare, things like that? i'm working on a site and i'm going to link to these files from the site (they're tv episodes).

is there a way to avoid them getting deleted? i'd hate to be constantly reuploading, as each file take over an hour to upload!

how do they get deleted anyway? do people report them? does it matter what i name them? should i zip them?

if there's no way of avoiding deletion for a good period of time, then my site's probably going to be more hassle than it's worth.

thanks everyone! :):):)

Looks Like I've Learned Here

Well I'm pretty excited. I just checked my ranking in Google for a keyword with 3.6k exact searches and it looks like my homepage is coming in at number 1 and a spun article I took and put on my site as the second result. I got it to spot 7 in about a day and with the help of SEO I've learned here and SENukeX I was able to do what I wanted to accomplish and get it to #1. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you and I will be sticking around here. Soon I'll be purchasing Scrapebox for my SEO too :).

IP Solutions

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 06:26 PM PDT

Hi. I've been reading up on BHW here for awhile now. Very informative place. I myself am a CLAD user for about 2-3months now. I am over the learning curve when it comes to posting but I am a still not sure which IP solution is best for me. I know the golden rule of TEST, TEST, TEST but it would really help if you guys could point me to or give advice on choosing an IP solution. Currently I've used my DSL, Proxyrental, and SEO-Proxies with all having variable successes. The reason why I am posting on here is because, after spending a lot on CLAD & PVAs, I can't afford to test all the different IP solutions out there. Any help is very much appreciated.

Also if I am giving out too much information please let me know and I will edit my post.

Thanks in advance.

What would you do with 3k?

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 06:18 PM PDT

Recently I've wanted to make some web investments. I then decided to put aside about 3 grand for this task. First I thought maybe invest/buy a proven blog, or site that makes some good cash. Then I was a little worried about getting scammed since I've never bought a site before. Then I was thinking of starting something up from scratch, but my range is limited to Wordpress.

If you had 3k to turn it into something online, what would you do with it, or recommend I do with it?

How to make money selling Steam Accounts!

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 04:51 PM PDT

How to make money selling Steam Accounts!

In this little tutorial, I will teach you how to make money selling Steam accounts. It is a relatively simple method, and you don't really need any previous experience.

Before you get started, you need a verified PayPal account, a eBay account and about $15 to invest.

If you don't have these, please stop reading.

Firstly, you will need some steam accounts, with games included.

You can buy cheap steam accounts from the MarketPlace at HackForums.

Premium Sellers Section - http://www.hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=107

Secondary Sellers Market - http://www.hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=176

You can also try your luck on other sites, like sythe.org or allsteams.com

Alright, so now that you have a few steam accounts, it is time to start selling them on eBay.

You do NOT sell them directly.

What you do instead, is list the item just like any other game.

For example, ' Call of Duty, Modern Warface PC Game for $20'

In the listing description, always say it includes free shipping/fast delivery, and insert a picture of the game as well. Do NOT mention that you are selling a virtual account.

Now wait a couple of days for people to start bidding on your item. There are a lot of buyers on eBay, and you will get bidders if you list your item right.

Once someone purchases you listing on eBay, send them a message with the steam account details. Most people do not understand what Steam is, so include a quick description and instruct them on how to use the account.

Google Analytics for Facebook fan page

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 04:36 PM PDT

not sure if this was shared here before but used it for one of my pages and it worked. not my method but a good share.

How to setup Google Analytics on your Facebook fan pages

The workaround we use in our code is to include Google Analytics as an image instead of setting the standard Javascript. This method tracks every visitor to the custom facebook pages on Google Analytics. It required a combination of server side cookie management and an additional <img> tag to the bottom of the facebook fan page. Here are the steps to get Google Analytics working on your facebook fan page.

1) Setup Google Analytics account. If you already have one, create a new website profile. You can name it facebook.com or facebook.com/your_page_name. You will finally get your tracking code which looks like this UA-3123123-2

2) Create your custom img tag for each of your pages you like to track. EG: contact form, services, products etc. You can use our tool to create the Google Analytics link generator for Facebook pages.

3) Add the entire custom image html tag from step 2 to the bottom of each Facebook fan page that you need to track.
That is all there is to it! Google Analytics is not real-time, so you will need to give it some time. Approximately a day before you see the fruits of your “hard” work.

Creating a blog/website for dads business

My dad runs a construction business and i have a search term i can rank for which gets 390 global monthly and CPC is 5.93. The keyword is similar to such as "vinyl siding california". For such a business for me to get his customers, is it normal for me to have only 400 global searches per keyword in the area? How do I optimize the keyword "vinyl siding" for all the towns in the area (Such as "vinyl siding los angeles", "vin siding san digo", etc.)

Sell my site and keep 10%?

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 04:05 PM PDT

Hello BHW brothers (and sisters). I have a site I've been working on for about the past 6 months. It's in the entertainment niche, specifically movie streaming. It gets around 6000 visits per day now and seems to be growing rapidly.

I've been dreaming of having a way to make money online passively, but as soon as I hit my first goal of getting thousands of visitors per day, I soon found out that it STILL takes alot of work and effort to make money.

I work a dead end job 12 hours a day every day (I don't even get a day off anymore like I used to). It's a family owned business, so it's hard for me to just up and quit. I have no time to find a method to make money with this site so I figure I'd just sell it for a chunk and start saving up more for my own offline business.

I did the hard work for the next owner, and like I said before it gets ALOT of unique visitors daily. It easily pays for it's own hosting, but not for a full time income.

Please let me know if you are interested in this.

Regards,
Thizz

A need for a video-course "Learn how to code for facebook for none programmers"?

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 03:08 PM PDT

Hi there

I constantly meet people who really want to learn how to code a bit of client-side stuff (for facebook and the like).

Was thinking about setting up a video-course for all (also none-programmers)
From the the very basics to mastering facebook (all WH).

All people are on different levels - want to cover target the levels from none-programmer to pretty descent programmer.

Format is subscription based video service with new content each week or something like that.

Still don't know if it will be worth my time to do this - a LOT of work.

Would this be something for you or someone you know?

CoinPal beta - Buying bitcoins with PayPal

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 02:15 PM PDT

PayPal has frozen a account so CoinPal won't continue as we know it. My funds (only about $5k) are tied up there for the next 180 days. Read the huge wall of text below for all the details

History and details about the freeze

When I started coding CoinPal back in December 2010, I emailed compliance*paypal*c*m asking for permission to sell Bitcoins using PayPal. I also emailed aupviolations*paypal*c*m seeking clarification on whether selling Bitcoins met their definition of "currency exchange". After about two weeks, I received no response to either email. I decided to start operating the site, thinking they wanted to see something working before spending time on a response.

After operating for two months, PayPal's anti-fraud department called me to discuss some earlier chargebacks. We spoke for 20 minutes and PayPal told me it was fine to sell Bitcoins as long as I kept chargebacks low. Two months after that, PayPal placed a 5% reserve on my account. I spoke with the high-risk goods department on the phone a few days later. They were fine with me continuing business as long as I had a reserve on the account to cover any chargebacks that might arise.

Today PayPal called to say they were freezing my account because they consider Bitcoins an "ecurrency". I told them that they had given me permission on two separate occasions to sell Bitcoins. They responded, "that department isn't authorized to make those decisions." The official statement in my account says "This limitation cannot be appealed."

During the entire time I operated CoinPal, my fraud rate was 1.5% That includes the first wave of fraud when I was still learning how the scammers operated. If that first weekend is excluded, my fraud rate was 0.9% I obviously honored my end of the arrangement.

CoinPal was a success

During the four months that CoinPal operated, it helped introduce Bitcoin to 1,484 people by distributing 60,858 BTC (not counting MoneyPak trades). It also helped 76 people bootstrap their OTC ratings.

My personal view is that PayPal freezing my account is a coming of age for Bitcoin. Previous PayPal account freezes in the Bitcoin community were related to chargeback volume. That was obviously not the problem here. Someone inside PayPal specifically decided that Bitcoin was a big enough risk that it should be prohibited. I see no greater compliment to a Hydra than cutting off one of her heads

CoinPal's future

I'm not entirely sure what CoinPal's future will be. I have a nice long train ride from Denver to San Francisco next week (on my way to Google IO) which should give me plenty of time to consider.

I've thought of selling Bitcoins for Dwolla, but it sounds like Mt Gox has that under control. I'd consider selling/donating the CoinPal source code but PayPal will certainly shutdown any official sucessor now that they've decided that Bitcoins are "ecurrency". The fraud detection code is probably the most valuable component. Perhaps I can leverage that in some way to help Bitcoin succeed. I can't open source the anti-fraud code since most anti-fraud measures are "security through obscurity". Of course, I'm open to any suggestions on CoinPal's future.

CoinCard will be easier to bring back, minus PayPal payments. It only needs a debit card number to operate. A possible PayPal freeze was one reason I focused on "gift cards" rather than PayPal exclusively.

This whole situation has reminded me once again why distributed, resilient systems like Bitcoin and OTC are so important.

Increase Scrapebox Speed?

Posted: 11 Jun 2011 01:58 PM PDT

I want to start using scrapebox to sell backlinks, however its going sooo slow. right now im getting like 16 successes every minute. This isnt going to work for a service or itll take all day. What are some ways to speed this up?

Right now im getting about a 10% approval rate, so if I had a list that had a much higher success rate that would speed stuff up.

Right now im using 4 private proxies. if I were to use more private proxies would that speed it up as well?

wheres a good place to get a high approval rate list?

Thanks.
