I am slishtarting a new blogsite in the homeschool arena. My wife is a Homeschool English teacher and I am helping her with her new blog We will be discussing useful aspects of Homeschooling in literature, grammer, vocabulary, and writing for mutiple ages.

We will be using the genesis platform for wordpress and Scribe for SEO copywriting.

I realize that there are other ways to build presence and scope on the web.
I am interested in learning about slow steady promotion for our keywords to build rank and traffic.

I need to learn about social media promotion, backlink promotion, and other ways of crawling up the web.

And yes, I want to monetize my site, while still maintaining high quality content and not keyword stuffing.

I would appreciate any direction for baby steps and how to climb the learning curve regarding our project. There seem to be many tools here, but I need to outsource the processes and concentrate on content that is compelling and SEO friendly, while finding others to move these linkbuilding preocesses forward without getting me sandboxed or banned.

I am a good listener so don't hesitate to speak to me.

I find that using SEO tools (Xrumer, Scrapebox, SEnukeX etc..) Become less and less valuable in terms of direct linking.

So I started a campaign of manual link building with absolutely no blasts to my site. Instead focusing it on a spread number of good quality, unique web 2.0 properties.

Keyword Research:

I chose a keyword with more than 100,000 Global Searches.

Competition: Difficult (On-Site SEO)

1) I started off with basic onsite SEO (Wordpress). 700 words, 4% keyword density, proper onsite SEO, H1 Tag, H2 Tag, H3 Tag, Internal/External link etc..

2) Uploaded numerous pictures, made sure the image files had my keyword in it. (Keyword.jpg)

Offsite SEO

Basically with this campaign, I did manual backlinking with web 2.0 properties for 2 weeks.

Choosing my favourite web 2.0 properties which has brought me the best results. (All spun content from Article Directories)

I also created a YouTube video by going on Google images, typing my keyword and downloading all relevant images. Created a slideshow, uploaded it on YouTube, added link in description to my site, then added the video to every 2.0 property. Plus the images of course.

1) 5 wordpress blogs/day
2) 5 squidoo lenses/day
3) 5 hubpages/day
4) 5 weebly pages/day

I added to links to the sites, not yet, Pinged them all and waited for all of them to get indexed first.

At the end of a 7 day campaign of manually building web 2.0 properties, I had 140 web 2.0 properties.

Content:

The content for each web 2.0 includes a minimum of 2000 words, one video, 4 images. All spun content.

Next Step, Article Base:

Everyday you are allowed to submit 25 articles into Article Base, which is exactly what I did, 5 articles per each web 2.0 property, again all spun articles from directories. I would have a 90% success rate, sometimes rejection due to duplicate content, advertisement.

Each article I've added my keyword to increase the KW density aswell as implement one link per article, each article was aiming randomly at one of my web 2.0 properties.

Scrapebox:

Meanwhile with scrapebox, I had a 100 000 auto approve list of 0 - 3 PR's.
I did a blast with my keyword, every URL included. All web 2.0 properties, all article URL's. Had a 80,000/100,000 success rate.

SENukeX:


Same concept, ran SEnukeX for the full 7 days aiming at random web 2.0 properties. I stuck to the premade templates, the link pyramid.

Nothing was aimed directly at my site, on the eigth day all my web 2.0 properties had been indexed. This is where I began linking them all to my site, with 7 tiers. Randomly linking all web 2.0 properties.

Results:

It's been 2 weeks, I'm currently #4 on Google. Averaging 1.5k - 3k unique visitors just on that keyword.

So that's my new SEO method, it's what works for me now all there is left to do is rinse and repeat, until the next Google update. :cool:

I am creating a network of autoblogs based on a few tutorials I have read. I wanted to create a blog template or a master blog and was wondering if there is a plugin or program that allow you to just copy that blog when you want to create a new site in your network. that way all the plugins are already there and have the settings correct. This way I could duplicate my master site, change the keywords in wp-robot and change the header and be good to go.

I have big goals in life and I'm willing to work hard to achieve them but there is just one thing that is really stopping me and I don't know what to do.

Stuttering. :(

Everything else is easy compared to this one. I don't know if it is just temporary or permanent. I don't remember how long I have had it but I do remember this one time when I was around 11 years old. My family and I went somewhere to do some stuff, and they asked us questions and everyone in my family was able to answer the questions. But when it was my turn, I stuttered and couldn't answer the questions. I don't want to say what happened. After that I just looked outside the windows. Maybe that's why I can still remember it, the image of me looking outside the windows is still in my head.

It isn't as bad today but it is still annoying. Sometimes I talk fine, other times I can't get the words to come out of my mouth. I'm not afraid of going up to people and talking to them but it gets awkward when there is a long silence and funny when I keep trying to get my words out. It's especially worse when I talk on the phone, sometimes people just hang up on me when I'm not even finished because there is a long silence and other times I can't even finish what I'm saying or it takes a lot longer. I've had it happen to me too many times so I just suck it up and deal with it. I try to always have a positive mindset so that things like these won't get me down. My parents were born poor and had little education so not much they could have done over the years because they were too busy working.

I know I can still live life fine even with it but I have big goals and I think it's going to be the difference maker if I'm going to succeed or fail in business. I don't think people are going to take me seriously because of it. I want to be an entrepreneur and run my own marketing business. I want to go to places like New York City (I grew up there so it means so much to me).

I did some research and found a book called "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" so I'm going to read it and see if it works. And once I start making money, I'm definitely going to see a speech therapist (it's been way too long).

What motivates you to do internet marketing? Are you doing it for the money, or do you just love it because it is like a hobby to you?

I LOVE the marketing part of it, just not the internet part. For some reason, I just don't like spending too much time on the computer, whether it is playing video games, surfing the web or whatever. I've seen people with a lot of posts on various forums and I wonder how much time did they spend to write those posts.

I guess you can say I'm someone who prefers to spend my time going to places and talking to people (like Obama lol). I was in downtown Brooklyn (NYC) a few weeks ago and I felt good when I saw so many people and tall buildings.

I know I can always outsource things and don't have to do much. But all play without work isn't the type of lifestyle for me. They always say do what you are passionate about so that work actually feels like play. Maybe I can do marketing where I deal with people on a daily basis (trying to think of a marketing business idea). I don't have a college degree so I can't do anything that requires one. So i bought a domain and forworded it to my site url that i setup with a CPA Redirector. Everything was fine for like 2 hours. Then all of a sudden it stopped working, i hadn't even started a campaign yet. So it not like i was banned for spamming or something. i contacted the domain registration company and they said the issue occurred because i was redirecting to a site that redirected to another. I want to share a method I use to generate clickbank sales. Many of you may already know this method, but I just figured it out and its a nice little income stream.

For those of you who promote clickbank products on your website, you know the more traffic you get onto your website, the more sales you make. Well if you target certain ads onto targetted websites, that is a good way to make some cash.

I just started doing this for about a week, and I have generated $150 in sales from clickbank with 0 refunds yet and Adbrite has charged me $25.

Go to Look around for websites that are getting alot of traffic and determine which niche they are in.

Then find a clickbank product relating to that niche, and setup a campaign to that particular website only. Adbrite has options to advertise on certain websites.

Once you grab your image you want to use as your ad, make a subdomain and redirect that subdomain to your affiliate URL but point your adbrite campaign to the subdomain.

You should be generating alot of targetted traffic to your clickbank products, and make some sales.

Currently, I am targetting a 2012 type website and promoting 2012 products from clickbank, and I have generated nearly $150 in a matter of 5 days.

Im pretty sure you can use this method even with Adsense. You just have to make sure not to show adsense your affiliate URL, instead just send it to the subdomain.

The good thing is, it works for Amazon affiliates too. All you have to do is find a niche website, and make a amazon ad targetting that niche. Then simply make a subdomain redirecting it to your amazon link, and point Adbrite to the subdomain.

I am a little confused does adsense allow traffic from adwords or adcenter?

I read about the arbitrage, but doesnt that have to mean your making more in adsense than you are spending?

Hey guys, I just started to use AMR and I have a problem with directory sign up, im using paid email accounts, not gmail etc... added all the required information (address, name etc). When I click sign up however, most turn out to be signup completed - failed. I tried from 40 (5 actually worked) to 1000 and got tired of inputing captchas... Any AMR gurus out there that can give me a guick pointer in the right direction? My article is 513 length and Im currently shortening it down to under 500, is this a major issue?

So i have been commenting on youtube videos and making them the top comments, sending traffic to a .co.tv domain for a free email submit!

I had 40 clicks and 9 conversions ... and now i am at 140 clicks with 10 conversions! Is that normal? I was converting around 40% but now im at about 9%

Is it really normal for this to happen? Will my conversions pick back up? ANy tips from my fellow marketers?

A method you can try out. Might be old though but perhaps it can help some people to earn extra $ to use during the summer holidays :)

1. Use CBEngine to find a high-gravity, high-commission product that you want to promote.
2. Use Google to find a good PLR ebook on the same topic. Make sure it's unrestricted PLR and includes a sales page. Buy it.
3. Use Camtasia to create a series of screen-capture instructional videos based on the core content of the PLR ebook. This video is your new front-end product. You're going to get affiliates to promote it for 100% commission.
4. Use OpenOffice presentation or another tool to create a short video based on the PLR ebook's sales page.
5. Get a domain, install WordPress and OptimizePress.
6. Use OptimizePress to create a video sales page featuring the short sales video you just created. Include a Buy Now button.
7. Create a separate video page for viewing each video in the main product. Put a prominent link to the CB product you're promoting under the video.
8. Create a thank-you/product delivery page that links to each of the video pages in the main product.
9. Create an affiliate resource page. Include lots of good affiliate tools.
10. List your product on the DigiResults marketplace at 100% affiliate commission, instant PayPal payout. Integrate this properly with your sales page and product delivery page.
11. Get an AWeber autoresponder account and integrate it with PayPal so that buyers will be subscribed to your list. (You make no money on the front end sale, but PayPal still sends a message.)
12. Set up autoresponder messages. Intersperse good free info with affiliate product pitches.
13. List your 100% commission affiliate program on lots of affiliate program directories.
14. If you can afford it, use AffiliateAnnounce to blast notifications of your 100% commission affiliate program.
15. Sit back and watch the money roll in from back end sales.

Okay on my recent quest for creating a news aggregating autoblog,by using rss module of WPRobot , I stumbled upon a big obstacle.

You see I am using one the premium themes for the autoblog which has requires an custom field for featuredimage to be shows next to each story at the homepage.

However I am having a hard time finding feeds which has <media:thumbnail> enclosure in their rss feeds.

hi guys, just wanted to share my method of getting freinds on facebook

what you'll need
link gopher plugin

firstly install the plugin into ff
then i find friends that have lots of friends
and look at there friends list you'll need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list then i extract all links with link gopher and copy and paste into a notepad file
then i split the list into manageable files 30/40 will do
create a new bookmark folder, then create folder in that

i.e. group 1, group 2 etc

then i just copy and paste the links of facebook profiles into the groups

then its just a case of open in all tabs click friends request, confirm close tab and so on.....


there's problay an easier way or maybe a way to automate it
but just wanted to share methods with any other newbies
