Back in the day, pay per click was the 'thing'.
Some Microsoft sites would pay 25 cents a click.
I had a fairly high traffic site.
First it was the banner on the page.
Then it was please click this banner to support the site.
Then it was no banner and just "please click here first".
Was making $1000 a month when I was 16-17 years old.

Another thing, I took a couple days and made a list of online pharmacies for prescription drugs. Sold a membership for $15 per month. Paid $299 to have it listed in Yahoo directory. Next day would be bringing in sales. Never did another thing to it and would make $1000 per month as well. Kicking myself for not putting up 100 sites like that.

On top of that, the American dollar was $1.50 to $1 Canada, so if I made $10,000US, it would be $15,000+ per month.

I am looking for a very good way to deliver fake traffic. I am not an expert in this area, far from it. That is why I am posting on BHW. I know of all the members on this site, someone, somewhere, must know a very good way to get this done.

My reason for needing or wanting this is not of importance. What is important is that the delivery method (Whatever it may be) must be able to fool Awestats and most statistics programs. Analytics would be a dream but I don't know if that is possible.

Again, I don't know if this is possible but I'm willing to ask. I am looking for a program that already exists or could be developed that would run off of a desktop PC.

• It would allow me to input multiple (up to dozens) of URLs
• It would allow me to tell each URL how many times a day to visit that specific URL
• It would visit it from a different I.P. Address each time.
• It would automatically stop for the day when the designated number of hits have been reached for a given URL
• It would NOT Hog system resources (If that is possible)

So I started out with a general web design company for offline $$, its been going extremely well lately and can't complain. Than I started doing some online sites to try and make some half-decent cash.

OK, now here is the issue, i don't use my real name for paypal. So i emailed paypal and said that i don't have credit card to verify my ID. So they change the option to a Photo ID verification upload.

Now my question is do i upload some fake ID or should i just get onto paypal and say that it is just a fake name because i like my privacy such as when buying porn or something ??

How do you know when individual seeds have downloaded the complete file and are not just seeds at, say...5% finished downloading? Or are seeds, by definition, people who have already downloaded the whole file? I'm given just two hours max on the computer(public library) before it reboots and deletes everything, except for the programs the library has on the computer. Is that enough time to get 'complete' seeds on something like a new popular movie? And that it would be hard for google to index my site or find it? something of that sorts.I cant even find the site on google. So my adsense account has been banned for like 1-2 years. I never really cared bout it since I found other sources to monetize like Clickbank and Amazon BUT I see that I could easily get a few $100 each month and soon make a HUGE income stream just from adsense alone.

Well, my site was ranking in spot 150 about for my keyword. I have the keyword in title, in domain in description and all throughout my forum. I had done some Fiverr SEO gigs and a 20k blast at this time. I now have begun a 400k blast to my web proprieties (about 300 of them) and I'm ranking not even in the top 1000. What the fuck? I'm ranking below forum posts on highly unrelated forums with the keyword like once throughout the whole thing. Site is still indexed and I've been doing SEO for the last month, so like really wtf? lol.

Now this isn't something to grab your attention or whatnot, but today I just got the best news ever (sarcastic):

- Lost my job 2 weeks ago
- Since I have no job I got kicked out today (now living with a friend)
- Sent around 100+ applications+resumes during these 2 weeks (Only 1 employer got back with me and said today he liked skills, but told me to keep looking for a job lol).
- Girl I was talking to straight just rejected me and stopped talking. (guess nice guys really finish last lol).
- Bills due like crazy (I agreed to pay around $200 rent +$200 in bills to my friend with little money I have until I can get on my feet).

So now I am typing this through wifi at his apartment on my computer using 3g from my phone (I was able to get a few belongings + I had to pay $100 for a uhaul).

So basic I'm broke, but I'm not poor lol, because being poor is a mindset.

I made this thread because I have a goal of making 2k in 2 weeks starting today (I saw plenty of guys do it here, the only difference I have no seo tools, no education or line of credit, no experience or prior knowledge with CPA's, nothing, not 1 client at all, and only 1 friend (and he gets really drunk and tempered so I'm guessing in 2 weeks will be my time to go lol), I'm being serious, no family nothing but the clothes on my back).

I peeped Crashed spoon feed tutorial, so now I downloaded tweet attacks free, and managed to get to day 1 as we speak (creating fb, yt, etc).

I have a colleague who just offered to give me his earnings from his vouchers, so if anyone out there need some $50 fb advertising coupons, hit me up, letting them go for a deal.

So today I have around $95 in paypal. Its alright start. I'm still not calling it a day.

Just wanted to get opinions from "real" computer programmers/network admins/engineers/...and, by "real," I don't mean to insult anyone, but just mean it as people that have real jobs like that in the real world.

I'll be retiring from the military in 3 years. Yes, it means I've been in for 17 years, so I'm no young puppy which is one of my dilemmas. One of my benefits of being in the military is that my education is pretty much paid for and I can basically study whatever I want. Whether it's a degree or certification, I have quite a large choice of what I can focus on. Being that I have an Associates in Generals, in the time frame I have left, I can finish a bachelors or get a certification(s). I enjoy computers, the internet, and am a bit of an introvert. I can grasp subjects pretty easily once it strikes my interest and I focus on it, but I do not like the same thing day in and day out.

With that said, I'd like some opinions from those that have been in the trenches working as a programmer, network admin, database admin and the likes. Keep in mind that I have some age on me and realize I'll have to compete with the young bucks. However, I do not have any family obligations except my wife since the kids are grown and out of the house. So, here are my questions...

1. Which area of computers/networking has the best potential for stability and growth in the U.S.?

2. What field do you think people have the most job satisfaction?

3. Are certifications good enough to get a job that makes some good scratch starting out?

4. Is Texas a good market for these types of jobs? (I'll probably be retiring there).

5. Are these jobs in demand or are there better alternatives within the computer industry?

6. If you could do it all over again, what would you do or change?

Yes, I typically charge around $200 to unjam a tape deck. Have you ever tried to do it? It is a pain in the ass. Some people panic and try to rewind their tapes and that just makes it even worse.

I charge $50 to set the dashboard clock, but it is well worth every penny. It is the most accurate time reading you will ever have. I sync it down to the millisecond with the official NIST time, and I have it verified by a certified time expert.

You've got me there on the transgasket differential. I just make that up and charge $400 for it and people usually pay it without much argument. Especially women, which brings me to my next point.

Women tend to know nothing about cars, so your wife will probably just look at the document and get confused by all that fancy car lingo. All women need to see is the money amount, which I have made very clear at the bottom of the invoice.

The question I had was for the 2nd Tier sets (1 on the left and one the right) it shows Web2.0/SocialBookmark/SocialNetworks) pointing back back to the either the Web2.0 Profiles (left side) or Social Networks (right side).

So if we take the left side only that 1st Tier will have anywhere from 15-20 properties each having a link back to the money url. Now when we move to the 2nd tier and we back link to those 15-20 with the either the Web20, Social Bookmarks, or Social Networks, do we just do 1 run with 1 profile say for the web20 and have each web20 that is created link to one of the 15-20 Web20s in the 1st Tier or do you guys do like 15-20 runs each of the Web2.0s in the 2nd Tier for each of the 15-20 links in the 1st Tier.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is for that 2nd Tier Web20 do we make 15-20 links back to those 15-20 in the Tier 1 or do 15 x 15 Web2.0s in the 2nd Tier so that each one of the 1st tier Web2.0s will have 15-20 links coming to it? The same issue question would be for the social bookmark sites and social networks site?

I was wondering if anyone had a great WP theme that is proven to convert to phone calls?

I am working on a pay-per call model and wanted to find a nice theme I could use.

I found a keyword. here's the stats...

Google keyword tool says: 8,000 exact usa searches per month. competition is nil (no green at all, I didn't look at exact number but I would say 0.01)

Traffic Travis says: 4 stars, relatively easy. All the sites in the top 20 are massive (over 80 million backlinks each) but the pages themself have under 100 backlinks.

Google search in quotes: 1.5 million results.

And that's when I stoped and said, wait....how can this keyword be relatively easy and have no competition but there are 1.5 million results??? I was expecting like 30k, or maybe 50k not 1.5 million.

Is TT calling it 4 stars because the pages themselves have very few backlinks?

There are a few MFA and amazon sites under this keyword too with over 2,500 backlinks but they are on page 3. If it was so easy to rank why are they on page three and all these massive sites filling page one and two?

Is this a great keyword, or am I just fooling myself here?
