Would it be better to add adsense later on when your site is ranked rather than right on launch?

I have a site that I tried this on. I have 0 backlinks in a keyword that returns 14 million results, 110,000 monthly searches and it has ranked on 2nd page. I have 5 pretty ordinary articles and have not touched the site in 2 months. maybe google sees it as not a shitty spam site looking for quick cash as it is not monetized at all.

I plan to get a few backlinks casually, make more articles and add adsense once the rank gets a little better (as there is no point now anyway)

I even searched for the blogs name at google and got no result. I usually use youtube but I want to try out something new. ;)

I am getting pretty frustrated. I bought Magic Submitter and was pretty excited about it. One of the big things I wanted to do with it is video submissions.

The video submission/automation part of Magic Submitter barely works. Most of the sites in its list it can't detect fields or create accounts. Of the ones I created, some it couldn't confirm, and most it can't upload videos to.

Some of them it will upload but there are manual steps but they don't work. When you first start Magic Submitter it totally reconfigures Internet Explorer. I'm not sure what settings exactly it changes, but some of these manual steps require you to manually select the video file to upload. The problem is Magic Submitter seems to suppress these dialogs even though "Allow HTML Dialogs" is checked.

For $67 a month I am totally not impressed. I want this tool to work! Is there some trick here that I am missing. I am updated to the latest version.

Is there another tool that I can use to build link wheels and do video submits that doesn't cost $200 a month like SENukeX does? Or is there some settings I can change in Magic Submitter to make it work?

How can you fully automate video submissions if there are manual steps or user intervention required on most of the sites?

Do traditional LinkWheel/LinkPyramid's work for adult sites? I've been doing a mixtures of scrapebox/profile blasts along with some link exchanges with other adult directories but I was wondering if you guys have tried building web 2.0 structures for adult sites. I heard somewhere that you have to rely more on link exchanges and whatnot with adult sites but I don't know if there's any truth to that so I wanted to see what you guys had to say so I don't waste my time. I am using:

10 private proxies
200 connections (it stays capped the whole time, I could probably bump this)
250k auto approved blogs list
85 spun comments (65% unique)

I post to about 30k blogs in 10 minutes, and about 300 of those are successfully posted. No idea what percentage of those are actually going to stick. I used scrapebox on a friend's machine and he was going much much faster though and had a much much higher success rate.

Considering I am using an auto approve blog list, I assumed I would have higher success rate. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Okay so like you know when you sell something on ebay. And then you ship it...you always have to have like tracking info or else the guy can be like "I never got my item, even though you did send it."

So I installed hrefer and xrumer on my vps, but my hrefer cant check proxies for some reason. I am using botmaster's server to do that. When I click on "Update proxylist and check for anonymity" it shows under: Updating proxy database.

Summary: This is really easy to do but does require a bit of 'handy-man' knowledge. Basically what you will be doing is finding places for lease that still have the 'channel letters' up on the building from the last business. Channel letters are these:

Now your going to find these places and contact the leasing agent and offer your service which will be Removing these letters from the building.

What you will need (Tools ect.):
A ladder or two

Power Drill
Wire Wheel bit

Flashlight/ Head light

electric power tester
styrafoam
stucco patch kit
basic tools
-screwdrivers/Phillips
-nut drivers
-wire cutter
-pliers
A truck
A partner/helper

Finding Clients: Now that you have all your tools ready its time to find places that still have the old channel letters up from the last business. I bet a lot of you already have ideas on this. Its easy, just drive around your local shopping centers and strip malls looking for places that are out of business.
These buildings will have "FOR LEASE" signs in the window 90% of the time. Just stop and write down the leasing agents name, email, number and also the address. (sometimes it just lists a number to call. WRITE IT DOWN! when you call just make sure you get the contact info of the agent that owns that parcel)

Also another way to find business' which need your service, which i have not yet tried, is do a search on CL in the "office/Commercial" Listing section. Just a thought that had come to mind. I havnt been slow enough to have to do this yet ;)

What to offer the agents: I have found that listing more services in your pitch or email helps with closing deals. I have always offered the following:
-Disconnecting power source
-Remove power supply and wiring
-Remove channel letters and faces
-Clean & Patch walls
-Dispose & Recycle Signage
-Paint Wall (extra charge)
-Remove letters/vinyl off Monument sign (extra charge)
(The monument sign is usually the big sign in the front of the shopping center that has all the business names on it-the directory sign)

For all the above I personally charge a flat rate of $350.00
and then add $50 for painting (if they choose)
and $25-$50 for removing letters or vinyl off monument sign.

The Pitch: I ALWAYS call the agent and talk over the phone. i have found that most agents are 'busy' so what i like to do, and have found best results doing so, is kindly call and let them know that you have noticed that there building still has old signage on it from the previous business and that you do removals of these letters. I don't push my service onto them but i do say somewhere in my phone call that having a clean store-front with NO letters will help find another business to rent it out. I let them know the basics and then promptly tell them you will email them a full detail flier of what you do in depth.

I get their email info (if i dont already have it) and email them a basic flier with a list of my services.

Removing these letters: this might be difficult at first for people but after you get the hang of things it will become a smooth process.
I hire any one of my many buddies who want to earn an extra buck on the weekends to help usually at $10/hr. Having someone there to help you will make things a lot easier.

FIND THE BREAKER AND TURN OFF THE POWER SOURCE FOR THE SIGNS FIRST
(even though the power MAY be off, still check the wires to the letters with your power tester)
Channel letters are most commonly bolted through the building. You need to take the faces off these letters. They just pop off. Have your buddy climb into the attic crawl space and disconnect the wiring from the letters and cap all the wires.
There is a transformer box (power box) in the attic/sometimes on the outside. disconnect that too.
One by one take the letters off the building. Having your buddy in the crawl space removing the nut as you remove the bolt.
Once you have all the Letters off the wall it will have a ton of holes in it.
Patching is very easy. if its a wood wall i dont do patching. if its stucco (most common in california) i take a piece of styrafoam and shove it in the hole(for insulation). Then patch the wall with a stucco patching kit (pick one of these up at your local hardware store)
Load up all the letters in your truck and YOUR DONE!

This takes me an hour to an hour and a half TOPS. so $350 for an hours of work isnt too shabby :)

Some Notes: The leasing agents usually already have a handyman that comes in and does painting, small repairs and other things. He will most likely be there to lend a hand. But You do need to set up times with the agents because a lot of the time the crawl space to get behind the wall is INSIDE the building. 90% of the time the handyman will be there at whatever time you specify with the agent.

I always do my removals in the early mornings on saturday and sunday. Usually i set up times for 5am-9am

Set up more then One a day! i like busting out 2-3 in a morning. Do the math...
3 x $350 a pop = $1050.00/day

Since i do print banners, business cards, fliers ect. i will also offer them leasing signs/banners ect. IF you want to also offer these services i can do your printing. just PM me.




Thats basically it! Come up with a good pitch, dont sound too much like your trying to sell them something, make it sound like your trying to help them.

I think ive covered most everything you need to know. This isnt for everyone but the ones that are capable of doing it can make a good buck on the weekends!

Here is what I did to get my site from Position 40 to 3

I bought a 20k autoapprove scrapebox list for $20
Blasted my site and let google find the backlinks naturally.

After about 1 week I had about 450 backlinks.

I went from 40 to 32 then had a google dance for 2 days and then I went to rank 30.

I then bought a 80 5-9 Pr Fourm Profiles from Fiverr

and also bought an 8 Web 2.0 sites (Squidoo etc.) which came with a 5k guaranteed blog backlinks from Fiverr.

After about a week and a half I went from 30 > 29 and then a google dance which took me from 29 > 45 and then a day later I was 17. 3 days after that I was position 3.

So after spending

$20 + $5 + $5 = $30

I was able to hit first page of google with position 3.

I am now making about £20 - £80 a day ( I am from UK).

I am going to get an article written and it blasted to 200 guaranteed article directories from Fiverr as well.
