Posted: 29 Aug 2011 08:54 PM PDT

Well anyone have this program I got a question for you guys.

How come I can't gather ID's? Well to say something more complex there IS no Gather ID BUTTON!!!

Why is this? Do your Facebook Blaster Pro 9.0.6 have a Gather ID button? Does it still Gather ID's? Can I get a refund? And best of all does this company still exist??!?!?!?!

I emailed the helpdesk and they said that they are releasing a new version which is 10 on Monday which is today and that mines going to be old soon. But I looked and no updates nor any type of replies back?!?!

I emailed them and this time they didn't respond all day yet?!?!

And yes I actually paid for this on last week Friday.

VCC/Paypal is not working for FB Advertising Accounts?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 08:26 PM PDT

So I was just about to get my first fb pva acct. and noticed all these threads saying VCC is not working for FB anymore. Then they were saying paypal method is not working either or am I misunderstanding something? I just searched through 22 pages here on BHW in the facebook section. Can someone please explain this to me, maybe PM me because Facebook might be trolling the threads to figure out what methods blackhatters are using.

I just want to be able to make three accounts for to use for fb ads, not even trying to be greedy. If anybody can help me out let me know. Thanks

P.S Here is a link to a mass url pinger I am trying out at the moment, some of you might find it useful :).

Will this backlinking idea work?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 08:17 PM PDT

I am pretty new to all of this but I am going in head first trying to get up on google searches without paying serious bucks that I don't have so I am trying to learn the art of SEO.

Anyways, what I have been doing is using forums for back linking, and after reading a lot on here I got the idea of quoting posts that have links in them, but changing their link to mine and using their link as the anchor text. When you look at the post the quote looks normal except that my link is behind theirs. Does anyone use this method with success? I used to use links in smilies, but I figure that google might have caught on to that by now. Does anyone know what effect the anchor text has? Does it really need to be something related topic wise to your site or is it ok if it is kind of random?

Why would anyone use Google Webmaster Tools?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 08:15 PM PDT

Curious why anyone would use it. I mean other than possibly helping get your site indexed (which you can do other ways) and maybe finding broken links, it seems like there is really no advantages to using it.

Curious to you Webmaster Tools users opinions.

what are your thoughts on google plus seo?

Check out this article, says google will start using +1 button to determine results. What do you think?

Google traffic throttling

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 07:46 PM PDT

Does anyone think this exists? No matter how many articles i publish or links I build, the traffic is flat, this is aligned with the fact that while some queries are introduced e.g. x amount of traffic from x amount of keywords, has increased. Also some queries are losing traffic while others are increasing.

I have noticed this over several sites I have build over the past few years, so has led me to believe that google uses some form of throttling: e.g. you can't go above a certain amount of traffic until something else changes e.g age? or is it simply that it is trying not to send an increased amount of traffic over period x?

Any clickbankers noticed a drop in sales?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 07:37 PM PDT

Mine did... real badly.
My primary account (whitehat) only had a few sales this week as an affiliate. It is fucking ridiculous as I usually have a constant amount of sales. I don't know whether I've been shaved or the new promotional guidelines has affected sales.

My secondary account (blackhat) still has consistent sales though.

Anyone else got affected?

How to Monetize this Blog

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 07:33 PM PDT

My father recently took a 1 year contract job in a different country (China, we are American). He is blogging about his experience with no intention of monetizing, but I think it does have potential for monetization as it is totally unique content written by a professional copywriter. How would you all think is the best way to monetize a blog like this?

Need a small short term loan for offline business. (USA Only)

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 07:30 PM PDT

Well, I've been in mobile marketing for quite some time now, have quite a few great clients. Recently put money into some serious marketing and cut myself short.

I've got 100 prospect clients that we NEED to get the ball rolling with, but need some upfront cash in order to cover our small overhead.

Looking for a small, short term loan, with up to 14% interest rate (Would be a personal loan)

We need $5,000 exactly to beat out our uprising competition locally.

If you're interested in something like this, we can discuss a payment period along with legal binding paperwork.

Also, bank loans are out of the question.

If you have any other suggestions, let me know.

Thanks!

How I went from $1.80/mo to $720/mo

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 07:27 PM PDT

Ok guys, I've been on this board for a while and want to give back a bit. I've learned so much in the past few months but have struggled to find something that's longterm / residual. Until about couple months ago.

Well, today my friends is your lucky day. I'm a complete newb so if I can do this you can too. This method is GUARANTEED to make you money on autopilot, so follow along closely.

What we're doing here is setting up a VPS service which is practically guaranteeing you a very nice profit margin with minimal risk.

Step 1:
What we'll be doing is very similar to drug dealing, lol.. only 100% legal and legit.

What I've done is this, purchased a VPS with unmetered bandwidth. There's alot of hosts out there but from what I found this site works 100% fine for me: They even sorta lead me in the right direction when pulling this off:

HTML Code:

http://blackboxRDP.com
This is the coupon code they gave me after I bought my first 2 boxes.. It should work. "HOTDEALS"

Get the BlackBox Plan, this gives you UNLIMITED bandwidth, which is exactly what we need. ( Also make sure you get Windows 2008 ) The Business plan was like $400/mo or something but I didn't have enough startup capital to afford that.. lol so I went with the BlackBox plan which has worked perfectly so far..

You'll also need to e-mail/chat with them and they can get you an extra IP's I got 10 of them for $20.

Step 2:
Once you've gotten your VPS all setup you're going to need to Install Hyper-V.

Hyper-V basically lets you turn your VPS into a Datacenter.

I did alot of digging around on the best way to do this, but I found a guide that walked me through it step by step. Here you go:

HTML Code:

http://www.eukhost.com/web-hosting/kb/how-to-install-hyper-v-role-on-windows-server-2008/
(This is actually alot easier than I thought it was going to be)

Step 3:

Once you've got Hyper-V installed that hard part is done. Play around with it some and get a feel for it, it's actually VERY easy to get the hang of..

So. We now have out VPS configured with Hyper-V. What's next?

This is the fun part. You're paying $50 a month in server expenses, an extra $20 for 10 IP's.. this covers covers 2GB / Ram and 240 GB HD space.

You then use Hyper-V to sell our your own VPS's. With this plan you'll be able to EASILY sell:

-8 VPS's with 256/ram /30GB HD for around $15-$20 each ($120-$160/mo)
-4 VPS's with 512/ram /60GB HD for around $30-$35 each ($120-$160/mo)

A friend of mine gave me this idea and I actually put it to action. This is the first "residual" money I've made. I've been doing it for several months now. And these people are getting billed MONTHLY via Paypal.

Monthly Expense: $70
Monthly Earnings: $160

Total Profit = $90 / Mo (Every Month)

Now, That's really just the start. The prices I sell my VPS's at are actually really good comparing to the Industry standard pricing so I had no problem selling off my first box's VPS's in a week.

PLUS: after your first 2 boxes they'll give you a discount

I've now rinse/repeated this method 8 times and am up to $720 / mo PROFIT!

I will continue rinsing/repeating this method as long as I can. Once I earn enough to pay to have a website built I'll start running some Adwords and stuff like that.

But, as you can see.. this method has UNLIMITED potential.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Independent from this method, these boxes are great for individual use in what ever other type of method you might be using
Hit the "Thanks" button if you found this post helpful :)

If google bans my account, will my sites get penalized as well?

Is there a change in google rankings if your adsense account gets banned?

I keep wondering what will happen. I don't wanna put all my eggs in one basket. :(

1and1 blocks my emails, need a SMTP server!

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 06:56 PM PDT

Hi,

I used an email spider to get emails from craigslist and other sources, but 1and1 hosting email provider blocks smtp access after the 1000th email or so saying:

" Your 1&1 mail account "******" has been sending e-mails
which have been reported as being spam by several recipients in the last hours.
Please check whether these complaints are on reference to your e-mails or to
e-mails that are being sent from your account without your knowledge.
In both cases, the mailing of spam endangers directly the security of your
mail account. To avoid a suspension of your e-mail submission service, urgently
proceed as follows: .... "

Does anyone know a way around this or a cheap provider where you can send unlimited emails?

Thanks in advance,

Best time to use scrapebox on a new website?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 06:39 PM PDT

When is the best time to use scrapebox on a new website?

I saw some people saying to blast away and others saying that your website will be sandboxed immediately if you blast a new website.

What is the best method for handling a new website and how can you tell if your website has been sandboxed? (other than doing a google search for your keyword and noticing your website is nowhere to be found).

How much to charge to show someone how to..............

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 06:37 PM PDT

So somebody in my day job office wants to know how to make an "online business" in order to get tax write offs, because they are taking too much from her paycheck for taxes.

I already am familiar and have made the mistakes, such as going for S Corp when all I needed was a DBA - or realizing that a seller's permit isn't necessary because I'm providing services only - or that my purpose of business can be generalized.

In my package, I would include the usual upsales for business cards, branding, website, hosting, bla bla bla... and show her a couple affiliate products that she could 'make money online' with, but, really its all about taxes.

So, generally I charge $400 - $4000 for a website, usually $400 for a simple wordpress type of deal.

However, she is looking specifically to save on her taxes, and if she acts now, I'll throw in the PLRs on writeoffs

My question is: How much do I charge her for showing or setting up a business like this?
(Obviously 15% from legalzoom, hosting money, and vista print commissions are not going to cut it :) )

Edit: I know 'as much as possible' is the correct answer. My attorneys in the family will do nothing unless it has 3 zeros behind it - that may not be the answer though for this...)

Suck! Time to buckle down. Any advice.

Ok, so I've read over and over and over again about people getting sandboxed and I tried playing it safe. Doing link diversity, have buffer sites and doing pyramids.

Well I've been using Traffic Travis to track my rankings and roughly 2 hours ago I was ranking on the first page for all my keywords across roughly 6 different products (been at those spots for about a week).

Just did a rank check and all rankings are gone.

To give you an idea of what I've done to get into this place.

I have a pr3 site that is about 3-4 years old. It had roughly 50-60 articles on it and so I decided to start working it again for the first time in over a year. I created 6 different affiliate product pages and started backlinking to them.

It has been exactly 2 weeks since I started building my links and I went from ~22 links up to 10.5K links. I have been primarily using SB.

I have been linking to my 70 different web 2.0 sites that have articles pointing toward my money pages. But I have also been direct linking to my money pages.

What's interesting is I just started using SEnukeX about 10 hours ago today and bam now all my pages are gone. I just think it's a coincidence, but still ironic.

Here is what I'm hoping is the case:

Not sandboxed and just Google doing its dance but for 6 pages?!.

What I'm going to do:

Keep linking at the same exact rate so Google doesn't get any red flags.

So my question is, other then the continuation of my backlinking what else do I do during this time.

Thanks BH'ers

Any ideas about how to start a captcha decoding business

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 06:10 PM PDT

I saw years ago people offering their captcha decoding service. People can log in the site and type out the captcha. These captcha should come from API or other interface of softwares.

Who has ideas of running such business. If you have such scripts, you can also let me know the offer.

Thanks a lot.

Clickbomb detective work

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 05:25 PM PDT

I'm facing an unfortunate situation with my Adsense accounts. I've had 1 decent domain ($300/month) get deindexed from clickbombing and now 2 of my other domains are up to 50% CTR for today. These are similar niche sites that I found off of Keyword Kick's service here on BHW.

I feel like some one else on the KW Kick list is clickbombing me to get rid of me. I have disabled Adsense myself on the 2 sites today with 50+ CTR.

Is htacces ban the safest way to ban this guy? I don't have much time right now to investigate my server log files but have noticed a few domains continuing to come up.

I know some here think clickbombing isn't real, but from my experience it certainly is. My deindexed domain was an 8 years old, and PR4 with 2k backlinks. The only odd thing was that my CTR shot up over 50% for a 2 day span and then the site was gone.

Feedback appreciated.

Who has their computer hooked up to their TV?

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 05:20 PM PDT

I *just* got mine setup today. Picked up my desktop from storage (which kicks the ass of my work setup for WAY less money) and finally got it set up on my 51" plasma.

Right now I'm sitting on the floor with my wired keyboard and mouse, but later this week I'll be getting a 2.4ghz wireless setup to go with it.

Who else has theirs all set up on their TV?

Also, post pics if you've got 'em!

AMR Bug: Quotation Marks in Title Break Live Link Reports

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 04:56 PM PDT

Hey Guys,

I was doing an AMR submission to one of my private networks today and found what I believe is a bug with quotation marks in your article titles. I posted a bug report on the AMR forum but I figured that I should post here as well in case some of you aren't active on the AMR Forum. Here is my bug report:

Quote:

I am currently using AMR 1.1.0.0

I discovered what I believe is a bug when submitting an article to one of my personal networks. Because it was my personal network I had 100% submission rate and verified that all articles posted successfully. When I did a live link report to ping my backlinks approx 18 out of 100 of my sites reported 0 articles found. I was stuck for a while because the site themes/setup is exactly the same (Wordpress install with the same theme) until I noticed that all the ones that spun out with quotation marks in the title were the ones that failed.

Example:

This Is A Great Example Title For Article Submissions -Live Link Found-

vs.

This Is A "Great" Example Title For Article Submission -Live Link Not Found-
Hopefully this helps some of you out.

Need some suggestions - Trapped!

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 04:54 PM PDT

Ok, here is somewhat quick version of my problem.

Started selling for this company on ebay, dropshipping. Selling tons of products. Problem is i'm starting to get negative feedbacks because the company doesn't send out products fast enough. I'm also about to lose my top rated discount (20% off ebay fee's).

I keep geting defective items that need to be sent back to the shipper and they send new one out. I want to stop selling for them, but am afraid I tell them - they'll dissapear and I will be stuck refunding all these people their money - which I would not be able to afford.

Any ideas on how to get out of this. It's like a never ending circle, I continue to sell until all the problems are cleared but as I do so new problems will arise.

[Hollanders gezocht!] Looking for people to team up with

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 04:26 PM PDT

Pardon me for my language, it's Dutch and means Dutch people wanted. Take it easy on me moderators, I just wanted to attract people who actually speak Dutch.

Now for the idea:

As you might have guessed I'm dutch. Judging from my reputation out here...Yes I'm kind of a newbie. I have learned a lot about SEO and online marketing in general the past year but I haven't started bringing home the money yet.

My problem is that I'm short on time, money and experience, the 3 most important ingredients for succes! Short on time because I have to go to school and/or my job everyday. Short on money because I have to pay for my education and spent way to much money on some shitty "let me tell you how to get rich" program. I'm short on experience because this is my first year in internet marketing.

Why did I open this thread in the JV forum? Because that;s what I intent to do. I'm looking for Dutch people who are in the same situation as me willing to share idea's maybe even work together on some projects. The only reason I want to do this is because I'm going at it on my own right now, it's always good to have partners/connections.

Now I know this is BHW and idea's are supposed to be shared here. But if some of us can work together in our own language that will probably boost productiveness. It speaks for it self that if this works out, "we", the Dutchies will share our idea's right here!

More people = more experience + more time
More people + more experience +more time = more good idea's
More people + more experience +more time + more good idea's = MORE MONEY!:pirate:

So if you:
- Speak Dutch
- are between 16 to 100 years old
- Are a newbie or a pro in IM.
- Are broke or a millionaire.
And most importantly: Are willing to "team up" please send me a PM!

After all.... 1+1=3!:D

Slugs on Wordpress for Niche Sites

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 04:05 PM PDT

Hey guys,

I've been reading up about slugs and how they are good for SEO. Now, there is a Wordpress plugin that automatically removes "stop words" (the, to, etc) from your URLs.

I'm targeting 10 keywords on my site, and the keywords are all very similar (these are just examples below):

how to find good hockey equipment
how to find the best hockey equipment
how to find hockey equipment

Now, if I was to take out stop words using that plug in, a lot of their URLs would be very similar. Would that be good though? Or would I be better off leaving the keyword phrases in their entirety in the URL?

Fiverr user tedenergy is a scammer

Posted: 29 Aug 2011 03:59 PM PDT

His Fiverr gig is about promoting my website by chatting to HUNDREDS of people directly.

If he really chatted to hundreds of them, my click counter should show at least some visit with the link I provided him with.
Instead I got ZERO visits from his link.

Avoid him.

His Fiverr gig is here just in case you want to destroy his reputation on facebook, twitter etc...

I recognize I have been really stupid as he had no feedback so far.

I remember they were $2.50 a number I think..
