I am thinking about using SB to blast, but I read here that we shouldn't do it to the money site. Instead we should do that on a web 2.0 property then build links on that property pointing to the money site. (is the idea correct??)

I've noticed that when I run a backlink check on my keywords that virtually none of them are getting indexed in Google, while Yahoo has hundreds indexed. I am going up in rankings in Google roughly evenly with Yahoo and Bing however, so I am confused.

I've used pinging tools such as ping-tool and bulkping to try to get them indexed and have done a scrapebox blast of a few thousand to try to get them noticed by Google but NOTHING.

What should I do next, and what could be causing this?

Apparently Panda didn't work well enough so now they want more people to turn in scraper sites so they have more data sets to find us.

A while back I was taking a walk on the interwebs and found somebody sneakily doing this type of method. This is probably not anything new to the more advanced guys, but to me it was like finding a treasure chest! You see, before this I didn't make any serious money online (maybe a couple of bucks off adsense - half of which i forced my friends to click lol) so having discovered this method by accident was pretty impressive to me.

Anyways, I managed to make pretty decent money with all the poor sneaky ways that i was able to advertise it. I've attached a screen shot that I took a couple of days back. Now keep in mind that I haven't been pushing this method as much anymore either! lol

So anyways, a couple months back I decided to compile the method into an ebook because i was planning to sell it but then completely forgot about it. Now because I'm more or less sick of dealing with facebook, I'm kinda just letting the income passively die off. So if you've dealt with facebook, then kudos!

So what does this method deal with? Well it's half e-whoring, and half advertising. Everything is explained in the ebook, but to tell a long story short - you pretty much make tons of facebook profiles and lead guys onto a sneaky profile, and then have them signup. I go into more detail and state some things to watch out for

Yeah it sounds lame but damn does it work! lol

If someone wants to do a virus total on it, please go ahead - I'm not sure/too lazy to do so.


Also, if you can comment on your ability to understand the method, and whether you enjoyed the writng style it would be great :)

Today I got 60 clicks and only 5 conversions using their content locker.. its so frustrating. Sitting at a 8% conversion rate and 0.06 epc. wow.

Is there a better content locking network that has better conversions? I can't buy CLP at the moment, I'm planning to buy it once I make enough money with the niche I am in right now. But I really need it.

After installing Google Analytics for a 3 month old site I have sitting stable on the first page for about 2 months, I suddenly experienced a HUGE drop in rankings.

My site cannot be found anywhere on the SERPS for the main keyword. However, I am not deindexed as I can still see my site through the site: parameter. I haven't been doing Blackhat SEO.. what could be happening? Help would be appreciated :(

i have shared hosting with about 20 blogs on it. just nailed some keywords so i jumped up from about 100/day to 1000/day total visitors.

just got a message from the hosting company that i am now using too many resources! i suppose that is one of those 'good problems', but it is a big problem none the less.

i was using about 20 times the allotment of cpu usage. i have paused all my wp-robot campaigns, added w3 total cache and wp super cache. deactivated all of the less important plugins. started hotlinking to images instead of self-hosting them. and just set up cloudflare free CDN to try out on a few of the sites.

this has cut usage down to about 10 times the allotment, and still falling, but not enough...
the resource usage stats are not that helpful as it only sows the total average usage per day across the entire account...

anything else i should be doing? what are the most likely things to be hogging the resources?

I've been searching high and low for the last 24 hours to find a way to extract emails from trial versions of various email extractors, just when I was at breaking point I found this site - http://www.abbyyonline.com

For my purposes, I was using atomic email extractor to harvest thousands of email addresses however as you probably know, the free trial version doesn't let you export the addresses nor does it even let you cut and paste.

My solution- use the "Fine reader Online OCR" tool on the site I mentioned above. It's free and what it does is basically recognise TEXT from and IMAGE file and converts it to a word document. I tried it and it works PERFECTLY. I can now harvest and easily save all the emails I want by simply taking a screenshot of the results and savving as an image file then uploading to this site and converting it to text.

I suspect this tool could be usefull for many other things, which I am not currently aware of, so I thought I'd share it with the good folks of BHW!

Ok so i have a couple of etsy shops for clients etsy recently change their default search to "relevancy" it used to be listed by how recent the product was listed. Now it is "relevant" the problem here is that it seems that they only have about 3 search metrics in their algorithm (ones that they have made public anyway). From what i have read on etsys forums they are basing results on tags, titles, description of product. Etsy is saying the recency is no longer a part of the equation THis has created a real headache for my clients because once everyone has changed their tags titles and descriptions it seems there is a sort of gridlock and things arent moving around much. I have tried EVERYTHING i can think of and nothing has seemed to work. I would appreciate any insight or suggestions.

OK, I'm trying to make this short:

I'm getting an average of around 30,000 views a day in the sports/football niche (ok, that's not really a niche, but a huge category). According to youtube's statistics, a majority of these views come from unique viewers.

I've been reading this forum for a while and it seems like everyone just wants many views = lots of traffic, and then they can easily cash in. I think I've got the views covered, but so far haven't found a way to cash in properly.

I have set up a small website, using wordpress, which targets the same audience that watches my videos -> football fans. It's pretty much a video blog for the time being, with a few hundred football videos that my youtube audience might be interested in watching. So far, I've added some clicksor layer ads/banners to the site as well as a pop up ad (or PopAd) by a different service.


Problem 1:

Within the last 5 days, I got around 190,000 views on youtube. In the same timeframe I received a whopping 850 hits on my website. Those came from a majestic 260 unique visitors.

That's a pretty miserable rate. Close to 1/1000. My best "customers" are myself and two google bots.

I have put my url in the description of all of my videos (first line, so it's always visible to everyone who watches the videos.) It's also clickable.
Furthermore, I have added red annotations to my main videos, that urge the viewers to visit my site - to see more videos like this one or to watch a longer/better/improved version of the current video etc.

The results are meagre. Infact, it seems to me that having no annotation/call to action at all and simply leaving the mysterious url in the description results in more traffic to my site. But maybe that's coincidence.


Problem 2:

So, I have received 850 clicks from 260 unique people. That's bad, but the monetization is even much worse: I've made an incredible 9 cents (!) so far from my pop up ad and a mind-blowing 21 cents (!) from the layer ads. Even with the few visitors that I've got, that's just shocking.

It appears that a majority of visitors don't even get to see the pop up. And hardly anyone clicks those layer banners anyway. Personally, I wouldn't click them. It's usually stuff that hardly interests anyone and/or that just screams "ignore me, I'm a half-assed scam advertisement that you will find on 3 billion other websites".


Questions:

1) What are good ways to turn 30k targeted youtube views into a decent amount of visitors to my site?

2) How would I best approach monetizing such a site?

Again, the audience is football fans, but it seems like they are only interested in watching the most current video and that's all. Not sure if they would even be remotely interested in buying stuff from a shady URL in a video description. But I'm no expert on this matter obviously.

I would probably try some CPA offers and all of that, but I guess I need more visitors to the site first...

looking for 3-4 people

I have access to a large database of name, VALID phone numbers,and email address of hundreds of job seekers and I want to monetize this list. Some are employed, some are not. They have all been pitched the education bit.

I literally have less than $1 to my name and sleeping on the couch with family so I cant afford any software or blasting tools. I'm wondering if there is a market who buys these leads.

I can produce about 500 to 1700 leads per day. Mondays are the strongest days and it trickles down from there. Is their a buyers market for these leads or should I think about something else?

If you have other suggestions maybe when I finally get some money I can implement it.
