I am looking at implementing dkim on my install, and understand that i can sign the dkim signature with my sending domain.

But i use multiple addresses to send mails for different lists and campaigns.

How do it force Interspire to ALWAYS use a default sending address, to allow the dkim sig to authenticate correctly, but still show the original sender address.

Example of header:

From: email address chosen in list address.
sender: default Interspire sending address

then use the dkim sig to authenticate the sender address each time, and not the different sender addresses.

Any help will be duly appreciated.

I am of the opinion that it would be a great thing for BHW to have an escrow system and eliminate the shortcomings of using paypal for dealing with digital products. Everyone here would agree that immediately when you send money to another person through paypal, you should consider that money as "gone" until the seller/other partner responds and delivers on his own side of the deal.

The existence of a BHW escrow system would help in the following ways:

1. Trust - members would be able to have trust in one another and go ahead with any business deal because they already know that there is an escrow securing their money against any fraudulent partner

2. No scamming - many people take advantage of paypal lapses to scam others because they know that the other party does now have a way of getting his money back. The existence of a BHW escrow system is very likely to reduce or eliminate scams here

3. Make more money - the lack of trust and the problems with paypal always make people to be afraid to go into any joint venture or freelancing service. Many businesses and money-making opportunities have been lost through this way. Therefore, a BHW escrow system would help members to make more money online because of the abundant financial security that would be provided through an escrow system

Of course, BHW would not operate the escrow system for free. There may be a charge of something like 2%, 5% or even 7% of the value of the contract between the partners. This would be as compensation for creating a good environment for people to be able to do business with one another and make money.

A poll on this issue may likely indicate the stance of members on this issue.

I am having one hell of a time trying to find a micro-niche that I can come up with a guide for to lure people to my site. Using the G* keyword tool I haven't been able to find anything more than 2500 visitors a month that doesn't have some serious competition.

Does anyone have a method they'd be willing to share or aids to help think outside of the box when searching for a micro-niche?

Am I setting my expectations to high? Is a Microniche with 5-10k visitors a month unrealistic? I've used MNF in the past and it has helped to a point, but I feel like I'm lacking some starting ground here.

okay so I've just begun my ebay run, and ive sold my first items, but i ran into an issue that im not sure how to take care of:

I originally thought that the way it works is i list an items on ebay with a shipping ETA, item sells, i ship via however and message the guy the tracking label. turns out I was wrong

When i listed the item, i used "U.S. Postal Service"

now it wants me to print a shipping label, so appearently i have to do this through ebay...how does this work?

2. package item, put shipping label on package
3. transaction is handled through ebay, ie i pay through them and they setup the pickup and delivery, so I can just expect a truck to come by to pickup my item?

Alright, so I would pretend I know fair enough about IM, SEO and backlinking. But somehow I struggle to get the entire, big picture of it all.

It's not like I do not earn anything. I am into this since 2009 and I made a few hundred bucks over time, with CPA (movie streaming site, not a sustainable long-term business to be into), adsense (MFA/micro-niche sites with EMD) and selling services (profile backlinks).

Yet I am far away from being able to run it as a business and/or make a living from it, which is my ultimate goal (in other words: quit my 9-5 sysadmin day job)

So I am confident about my keyword research methods. I struggled with this at the beginning and selected keywords, worked hard to rank them, only to find out there is no traffic.

On-site SEO and content are no show stoppers for me.

Remains: Backlinks. And I think this is where I struggle.

I know you should have them and which. (Quantity, IP/domain diversity, anchor text diversity, ..)
I know the difference in quality of backlinks. (Trust of the domain, age of the domain, number of existing outbound links, placement of the link, ..)
I know you should build Tiers of links supporting each other. Good/quality links go to your money site, spammy ones to your Tier 1 links.
I own Scrapebox and Sick Submitter.

I ranked diverse sites with blog spam only.
I ranked diverse with profile spam only.

Methods I know how to apply & exploit:

BUT, I am beginning to wonder if successful people use the same methods above or are there any other methods you NEED to use for real, sustainable success.
I am starting to think that successful SEOs use private (or at least other, stronger) blog networks for quality in-text backlinks.
I am also suspecting that advanced SEO buy aged/trusted domains with high PR and use them to build their new sites on them or leverage their link juice with redirects, or even use them to build satellite sites used as Tier 1 backlinks.

Another thing I wonder about is if there is anyone out there, managing half a dozen really successful sites on their own (content, on-site seo, off-site seo), making a really nice living which is worth enough to leave your day job.

If yes, how do you manage the projects? How do you manage your backlinking campaigns?

I hope that you get my point while reading this. I do not ask to be spoon fed. I am committed to put in whatever effort it takes to get this to work. As described above, I would say I know my stuff. Yet there is things I miss, obviously, which keep me from being successful. I would love some buddy to give me hints. If you need more precise details, just ask. I think I figured out my huge drop in rankings. I went from #2 to #410 for 22k exact searches overnight. I commented on one site that puts your comments in the side bar of every page and got over 500 links in the same day from one site!!! The same day I got those is the same day I had a massive drop, that was on April 6th and I still haven't recovered. Do you think I'll pop back or does google think my site is spammy now?

:confused:Alright, I have a domain bluewidgets.com it's about 1 year old and has little or no backlinks, it is indexed but it has a pagerank of 0. I came upon this domain that's about 12 years old has a pagerank of 4 and plenty of nice backlinks; however, it used to belong to a charity. It was bluewidgetsforthewidgetless. The first pages of google for that search have pr 2 but they are really old domains, 7 years or more.
I condisered putting content on bluewidgetsforthewidgetless and help it rank, but if it does then it wouldn't be all that good for business cuz it may seem like we're a charity.
Should I do a 301 from old pr4 domain to pr0 domain? Will it help my pr0 domain?

Hello, we are looking for help marketing as well as feedback on our site.
The program is a unique floor plans based interactive virtual tour for people selling homes or anything with a floor plan. We will pay 70% commission for each sale of the virtual tour order.

The site is not perfect but we want to take it on a national level and help people out in the tough real estate market. There is some other virtual tours out there that are similar but I believe in our product and support team can make it the best.

I'm considering private proxies for my SB use, I just wanted to get some input from others who do this already.

I do know the advantages, or what the advantages are supposed to be, of using private proxies - but I'm doing pretty well right now with public proxies

Here's my experience with public proxies...
- I gather quite a few from all over, throw them through an online checker and pull out the ones that are not good or really slow.
- I don't use the SB checker as it always say's they're dead, even if they're working.. maybe I'm screwing something up there.
- I then do all the usual stuff - harvesting, alive check, blog analyser then posting, followed by checking.
- for me, I use fast poster, I get what I think is a decent success rate, not sure what people expect, but checking a few failed manually hits moderated blogs or similar etc, so the result seems right.
- My comments are quite heavily spun and always read well.
- After a period of use, I grab the proxy list from SB, throw it through the same online checker and prune out the dead ones. (maybe getting a few top-ups if needed)
- I do much of this in the background, checking in and kicking off the next phase etc through time, I'm getting many links to my sites and buffer sites, profile pages etc
(higher PR stuff I post manually to get better results)
- I do get some proxies getting burned, but never really hurt the task

basically, I'm picking brains of others - what will I gain using private proxies, as public have seemed to be ok so far
I am using SB everyday, so paying for private proxies if it's worth it is not an issue.

Is it a speed increase (that would be my most noticable benefit I think), or is it a higher success rate, or just saving time by not harvesting and checking - or all of the above

Having never used private proxies, I'm unsure if the benefit is slight or huge from what I get already?

I started doing Facebook Ads a while ago and had some minor success. After doing alot of Fan Page and Profile work, I decided to pursue FB Ads as hard as I could and had some awesome success doing it. First off, it is a very tough PPC nut to crack. Most companies that I have talk to (the big online marketing ones) don't even bother with Facebook Ads because of the super low CTR. It just isn't profitable on a legit, large-scale. Usually I tell them my CTR (between 1-2%) and my ROI (anywhere between 40% to 400%). After explaining it, they usually understand.

Assuming you already have an account and have done this before, I'll explain briefly. First, make sure your creative is interesting enough to get people to click. Getting clicks as cheap as possible is pretty much 80% of the battle. Either use CPM or CPC. On affiliate offers that pay high and is extremely targetted, I use CPC. For a broader audience and a lower offer, I use CPM. Don't worry about the CTR, it will be below 1%. Somewhere in the 0.01% category. If its lower than that, don't bother running the ad anymore. You're wasting $$.

So Facebook usually disapproves a large number of ads. Just make as many as you can to get submitted, sometimes it creeps in. I usually submit all times during the day because they have different personnel okaying the ads. I got the same ad okayed as was rejected a few hours earlier.

Make a good creative. Make sure its something you would click. Like when I see some ads, as an experienced marketer, I go, "Wow, I wanna click that". It needs to be within their guidelines but catchy and pleasing.

Depending on what your promoting, there's certain things to follow. Facebook will only allow you to put one sex for dating offers. They have to be single and over 18. Otherwise they'll never approve the ad. After that, its fair game.


Some people like to target wide like 8 million plus users. I don't. I like a very concise niche. I target fan pages like crazy. I test tons of different fan pages. I even go as far as to add for just Men, just Women, just x age group. You'll learn alot about how to target the ads by doing this. But it does take time.

Facebook Ads will never accept "get riche quick" or credit type stuff, so don't bother. Unless they have someone really dumb okaying the ad (it happens). Health products are a flip, sometimes they get accepted sometimes not.

I try to target no more than 1 million users because I want people to see the ad more than once. I'd say 80% of the time the user doesn't see the ad the first time. Also, I want a heavily target niche so every click is virtually a sale/lead.

So, make sure your creative is unique and clickable. Your choice on targetting or broad you want to make it.

I usually set up two ads after I have all the creatives for my campaign. One for CPM and one for CPC. If I can bank on say


5,000 impressions and get 1-2 clicks worth $0.25 per 1,000, then its highly profitable for me.

While you can bid for the lowest and price the lower at $0.10 per 1,000 for a click or two, I found they convert very poorly. I don't know if its an algo to serve to certain people or what, I just found the more you spend the way better the conversion.

However, Facebook usually makes outrageous bid suggestion prices of like $0.50-$1.00 for CPM and $1-$4 for CPC. I think this is because FB is trying very very hard to bank on noobs doing their ads. Pretty much I think you can stay under $0.30 per CPM and a $1 for CPC and do well.

So I'll run my campaigns. Watch them closely and set your daily budget so it doesn't run too much.


This is an example of how I "test" my campaigns. The paused ones I usually delete because they don't make me money. On the first one you'll see its a CPC, with 300 impressions and got 4 clicks. It cost me $3. However, I converted 3 (of the 4) and made $9. So profit of $6. To note: highly target niche fan pages (my reach is around 50,000 U.S. men), higher paying affiliate offer. It looks good to me so far, so I'll keep running it.

The one a few down had like 40,000 impressions and 5 clicks with no conversions (my reach is 1 million U.S. girls). While it got the clicks, it didn't make me money, so I'll play with the creative a bit. The bottom one had 30,000 impressions and 1 click--WORTHLESS, I'll delete.

So, I had a bunch of ads/creatives--some to the same offer and some to different offers. I found something that works, something that could work and alot of things that don't work. From there I just scale it up and either increase my bidding to get more impressions/clicks or create another creative with more users filled. But still...

Always, always watch it.

I was looking through different sites trying to make sure alll of my i are dotted and my ts are crossed, with my adsense site, and I came accross a site that said to stay away from traffic from twitter and facebook. Is this true or any correlation to getting banned?

Also they said to not increase traffic or earnings too much... I cant help that. I started using adwords, and msn and I am actually ranking a bit in the serps, and my traffic has exploded, so have my earnings, I was making 2-10 dollars a day last month and now I have been making at least 50 per day this month.
