Public Domain Registry is guilty of crimes against U.S. Commerce and we have decided to initiate our first lawsuit against this company in regards to Mail Mascot. hopefully this suit will serve as a warning to the rest of the US Businesses that think they can use Spamhaus as authority to commit crimes against United States Businesses and protected Intellectual Property....

Why are we suing them? Simple...they admitted to it.

The grandest part is that Spamhaus' reports ARE FALSE (as they have been for a long time now) and the actual person that the domain is registered to is a paralegal that works with our attorney :) Yeah, I know...that's BH huh?

So, if you would like to help...foil Spamhaus, then help in discrediting them. Their credibility is the only thing they have. make them liars on the SERPs, chatrooms, forums, blogoshere, social networks, and the like. Make the world see their lies and their credibility crumbles...they may have the admins fooled, but if the users rebel, the admins will always side with the customer in the end (when the majority of the customers are against Spamhaus).

I am aware of the illegal and false claims made by Spamhaus regarding this
NEWLY REGISTERED domain and are handling it through legal channels. I am not the owner of Mail Mascot that is listed on ROKSO and it is not the same software either as it has been re-engineered by the new owners of the asset to be compliant with email standards today, I am not involved in any spam activities and never have been. Im looking to get started with some "cost per lead" programs and wondered what the best way to get traffic would be? i have some blogs set up but they are getting really poor traffic even though the content is unique and keywords are set up. 20-30 uniques per day about 25 posts on each.

Iv submitted a ton of articles about 300 or so to various article directories and started to see them showing up in google.

Could anyone advise me on a simple way to start getting some good consistent traffic from the debt market? would really appreciate some help as im almost to the point of giving up and iv spent weeks on this.

I have popular videos that I want to monetize. I have been going back and forth between building an email list or just having a CPA link in the description. I know generic traffic doesn't convert well, but it does convert at some rate (it's not completely generic, it's 90% men, but it's all from related videos). The content is sort of fetish niche adult, but it's not like they were searching for what they ended up finding, most of my views are from related videos. The traffic is pretty generic.

Any suggestions on how to monetize this? Any specific ideas?

Howdy, I have a question.

I'm in possession of a high rank (#1 for main exact-match keyword, and 1-5 for abour four other keywords) that only gets about 40-50 UVs a day, and manages about 4.5k Page views a month.

On top of that, it currently has adsense on it, but only makes about $.20-.50 a day.

I tried throwing up an affiliate offer, and made one sale for $50 but that was nine days after I published the article, and 15 days after that I have no additional sales so I'm beginning to think the market isn't all that willing to pull out their wallets.

Does anyone who might have experience with these sort of websites have any tips on trying to monetize it in another way?

I couldn't think of the best place to ask this question, so if there is a better place, please let me know.

I just got a new course and they don't allow downloading of the materials and have attempted to block the files from being able to be downloaded.

The files consist of PDF and videos.

The videos were easy to download using Firefox and DownloadHelper... no problems there.

The ones I can't get are the PDFs. They have them encrypted as SWF using Print2Flash. I've searched online, but can't find any way to get around this and get the source PDF. When I try to download, it just downloads a .SWF file that doesn't do anything.

I also tried to use Snagit to just take screenshots of the PDFs, but since they have the PDFs pop up in the page (similar to a Lightbox effect), the Snagit scroll option doesn't detect the embedded scroll option.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Long story short, I obtained a huge list of emails of people who are constantly looking for the kinds of services my company offers. All local prospects, who NEED our kind of service on a monthly basis.

Anyways, I'm trying to devise a plan of attack. We are a local company and I don't want the email to sound too spammy, but even if we converted a small % it would be very good for us. Just don't want people to think "How the hell did they get my email?", even though I'm assuming you can't get away from that.

Worth it? If so, how would I go about it?

We use Constant Contact for our monthly newsletters and we also use SugarCRM for follow up emails to large target lists, so we have the ability to send out a couple hundred at a time I'd think.

The great thing is, we can duplicate it basically anywhere across the United States in large markets.

What about a system like this?

1. It sits like wait and reply, looking at the advanced search results tweets to flow in.
2. Each time a new tweet with the exact keywords you target comes, it goes, grabs a new proxy
3. tests the proxy, it works, clears your cookies
4. creates a brand new twitter account, complete with spun bio, pic, etc, fresh bit.ly link, everything completely new/untraceable/cant tell its the same dude unless you clicked on the link.

1. I start out by having a Awesome youtube account. An attractive one, either with a hott girl, new movies, hot topic, or good/new music.

2. Link your Landing Page (w/ you affiliate offers) on your Youtube video.

3. You are using CL to get alot of hits on your youtube page. This step is very critical.

If you have music ONLY post in the [[Community>Musicians section]] or [[Community>Artist section]] if your feeling luck post in the [[Services>Talent area]]

Its very critical to only post in the related sections.

I used a post like I was a local artist looking for exposure and I basically wrote what type of sound I have.

This generates a substantial amount of view, you can check where they from by looking at the insight tab under the youtube video.

PLEASE ONLY POST IN YOUR CITY AND NEAR BY CITIES, posting in far areas will get your post removed

3. Tweak you videos depending on the ones that get alot of attention.

I am using Kaspersky 2010 and am currently doing a Full-scan on my laptop. There is an option for an Object scan and a Vulnerabilty scan. Are these covered by the Full scan or should I run these seperate after the Full scan?

I've sold about 200 of one item over the past month and I just had my current listing removed for the first time by vero saying the items were counterfeit.

The removed listing had about 50 sold. And there are a bunch of other sellers on ebay and amazon whose listings are still up. I emailed the company through vero saying that I didn't know much about their product other than that I could profit reselling them on ebay and that I won't be listing the item again in case they turn out to be non-authentic. I also asked how they handle situations like this and if I should expect some kind of legal action. (likely a dumb move)

I then did some research and saw that the company had been cracking down on sellers and filing lawsuits on ebay sellers. This really worried me because a few months ago my girlfriend tried to have me sell her Coach bag which turned out to be a fake and I received a threatening letter that tried to extort me for $300 despite that the bag didn't even sell.
