Does your Scrapebox crash while using fast poster? This can help!

I use Scrapebox A LOT, each day I harvest and post millions of URL's. Over the last few month's I've noticed an alarming increase in random crashes while using the fast poster to post large lists. Every time, I have to reload Scrapebox, re-import my harvest and clean from the crash dump file. After getting tired of repeating this process 2-3 times a list I started looking into the cause. What I found is that the crash occurs each time fast poster comes across a long URL string (1000+ characters in length).

So I began to look for methods on removing these long strings from my harvest before posting. After much searching, slow results and failed attempts, I was about to give up. Then a friend (and moderator) here from BHW Apekillape sent me just the bit of info I needed to get the job done fast and reliably.

If this problem affects you, here is the breakdown on what you need to do:

1. First we need to install PERL on our machine. A free and lightweight solution for Windows is 'Strawberry Perl'. You can find the download links on the main website here:

2. Once you have that installed, next we need to create the script for PERL to run against our lists. Open and create a new text document, inside you will copy and paste this:

3. Save this new file as 'urltrim.pl'. (If using Notepad, make sure to select All Files before saving; Notepad++ is recommended)

4. Now put the new 'urltrim.pl' file in the same folder/directory as the text files you would like to clean.

5. Then you will need to open an MS-DOS command prompt (Either Start > RUN, or press WindowsKey + R and type CMD and then Enter).

6. Finally, CD to the directory containing your Harvested URL's and the PERL script and run this command inside DOS:

Within seconds PERL will output a new and cleaned URL list named 'new_clean_harvest.txt'

You have now successfully trimmed any URL's over 500 characters in length to a new clean file that should run through fast poster without crashes.

I've been using Tweetattacks for Twitter marketing for the past few months and it's been working fine, but now my accounts have been dying within the first 2-3 tweets. My supplier used to give me accounts with female names, but recently the accounts have been like "wyoiyeshd" and random things like that. I have multiple addon domains on hostgator and now I found out that google has indexed one of my addons as subdomain also. To be clear, I have addon1.com address and its addon domain of original.com. Now addon1.com is found from google as addon1.com AND addon1.original.com. And thats a huge problem, since I have now "duplicate" content.

URL shortening systems use banner on iframe page to display CPM ads on the top when someone visits the targeted link. Officially, they claim to have advertisers directly, but I think they use CPM ads offered by bigger companies.

It is not possible to display AdSense or similar ads on iFrame as it is against their TOS. Is there a company offering CPM (or even CPC) allowing ads as banner on iFrame page?

Last month (September) was my best month in Adsense ever by about 20% of my previous record. I've been using Adsense for about 4 years. All of a sudden my earnings have dropped by about 50% since October 1st. I know it's early to judge, but is anyone else experiencing this or have any theories? It's a new quarter obviously, and a new fiscal year for many, so I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with it.

In any case, I've been considering turning image ads back off. I enabled them some time ago after I got the suggestion email from Google and did notice a slight increase in earnings back then, but now I look at my performance reports for the past 3 months and my text ad RPM is twice that of my image ad RPM, with enough data to suggest that turning image ads off should be a no-brainer. What are your guys' thoughts on image vs text? I know this can vary from niche to niche but there should be a general consensus.

Edit: Forgot to add that there is no change as far as traffic and SERPs for my site. The issue is simply shitty CPC.
