So the one thing I have learned is you need to think outside the box in order to separate yourself from what the norm is...

So I developed a Software for Football and Basketball coaches...

It's software I designed myself which has a 25-30 different sounds of a "stadium crowd" ( all sounds are high quality, that work seamlessly together so it actually smoothly transitions from sound to sound)

So there's "Defence Chants, Field Goal Heckling, Boos etc" all placed on a soundboard type of interface

Basically how it works is coaches connect their laptop to the gym/arena speakers and use this program to play custom sounds over the speakers to help improve their teams focus for the real game.

I figure there are 30,000 High schools in the USA with a boys basketball team/girls basketball team and a football team....

So that's a market of approximately 90,000 coaches in the USA

This is another bot that I built originating from PHPBuilt's ideas.

This thing scrapes Squidoo top pages for URLs.. Here's how it works:

1.) Go to Google or Scrapebox and search for:
site:squidoo.com/topics/top {keyword}

This returns a bunch of Squidoo's top 100 pages. Get those URLs (hope you have SB)

2.) Save those URLs into a text file. Show this bot where to find that text file, show it where to save the URLs it finds.. Give it some proxies and run.

3.) Take those URLs, run them through SB for PR check and there you have it. High PR Squidoo lenses that are always most likely always going to be highly ranked, therefore near the homepage and right on the homepage for whatever category they're in.

(PR check your "topic/top" URLs first, then PR check the URLs this thing scrapes from those topics for the best Squidoo lenses to get your lens good PR.)

So, after realizing that using CLP2 will require me to get a new web host, I am torn. I plan to be doing work on twitter with tweetattacks, and I also plan to use scrapebox way down the road in the future.

Is it better to start off with a shared hosting plan for 6 months? Or would it be a better choice to get a VPS running *nix and have all of my infrastructure in place?

And i was thinking about doing something like this:

Build a page with a "Click to enter" image in the center and make it when they click it they like your fanpage or whatever.
But instead of driven traffic from twitter or whatever, i was thinking about buying 10k human visitors for $4.5-7.

But the big hold up is that I'm not sure how to manage them. I have a couple of blogs that are doing ok in the SERPs. But a blog network seems to be a whole different game.

In the last month, I have built over 18,000 high PR links to my site.

I have also experienced some serious Google dancing (not that I wasn't expecting it). Although I do have an established site...

Is there a point where you are actually building too many links (even if they are relevant and high quality) that Google penalizes you? I am not talking about spam links or ones that disappear as fast as you can make them. I mean really quickly indexed high PR links that are there to stay.

You hear all these stories of people scraping 100,000+ links/month and being legitimately sand-boxed and then coming back at the top of the SERP's and I was just wondering if there is ever a time when you don't need to build links at this rate anymore if you are in this situation?

Also, in my particular situation, should I slow down with my link building, or will the dance eventually just stop by itself if I continue building 20,000 high quality links a month??

I have just put a site of mine back online, after moving its hosting.
It is a tv series site using CPA Blaster.

I just thought I would check where it was on google ( I didn't really know how to do that properly), but I didn't need to. I typed the keywords I was hoping to rank for, and google returned 181 million. I just had a quick look, mainly BIG corporations ranking, but down the bottom of page 1 was MY site!!

COULDN'T believe it!!!

I'm hoping when I wake up tomorrow there might be some $. I'm using Content Lock Pro so we shall see!!

Without wasting too much time rambling, I'll lay out my situation:

I am a fairly experienced Internet marketer. I know all the basics about link diversity/velocity, varying anchor text, fresh original content, SEO meta info, masking affiliate links, etc.

My site is a PR2, 8 months old, and has a large amount of high PR backlinks (well diversified). I am targeting 2 primary keywords and 8 sub keywords.

I am currently at the top of the SERP's for my 2 primary keywords and several sub keywords. The other sub keywords are on the 2-5 pages (these rankings are in Google.com).

I have been bouncing back and forth between ranking well in Google.ca (first page for keywords) and ranking poorly (not in top 20 pages for most keywords).

Currently I am in my 3rd Google.ca "slump" where I am not ranking well for any of my keywords on Google.ca (I should mention that the 1st one lasted 1 month, 2nd one lasted 1 week, current one has been a month so far)...

OBSERVATIONS

One thing that I notice is that when my site goes from ranking well in Google.ca to not ranking well, my sub page rankings in Google.com fall as well (anything from a few spots to a few pages). My homepage rankings still stay at the top.

Also, when I am ranking well in Google.com and Google.ca, I get tons of long-tails. When I am not ranking well in Google.ca, I only rank for my specific keywords in Google.com (no long-tails at all).

The ONLY thing I can think of is that I am building links to quickly (almost 20,000 in the last month). I am not sure whether this is causing it though because I have been doing this for several months now and it hasn't caused any problems up till now.

Basically what I am asking is has anyone else had the problem of ranking poorly in one country's Google SERP's when they were ranking well there before?

Can anyone think of anything affecting my ranking volatility?
