I got a bunch of YT traffic (good youtube traffic, but generic) and I'm doing my best to monetize it. I was wondering what kind of conversion I might get if I link to a page with an embedded video of me talking to my audience about e-cigarettes and demonstrating one. Then direct them to the signup link/banner below to whichever e-cig offer I decide to go with.

Does this sound logical? Is anyone converting well with generic traffic for e-cigs?

I can get about 10k jobs leads daily from posting on classifieds sites.. anyone got any methods or interested in a JV to convert these leads? CRs seem to not want this traffic whatsoever nowadays..

Article Rewriter - WF DP seller

OK so I read about the Article Rewrite Wizard and was so impressed I wrote my own version. It takes a single article and spins it so that the stop words are converted to UTF code.

I tried it myself on my news blog and it works quite nice but now I'm thinking maybe I could resell it on WF or DP or on the web. Obviously it's not as sophisticated as the original but I'm still working on it. I am adding the facility to batch convert whole directories at the moment.

Anyway, I would need someone with the ability to set up and manage sales threads and we could split the profits 50/50

Let me know your thoughts and drop me a pm if you have a good rep and experience of doing this kind of thing.

Hi everyone,

So I have finished university for the year and am wanting to keep my skills fresh so am wanting to do some small web dev projects to keep my mind buzzing. I am more motivated doing things if they are for other people which is why I am posting on this thread. I have 4 years experience in HTML/CSS, 2 years in PHP/MYSQL and have been working with/learning Javascript/AJAX/jQuery for the last 6 months. I also have 2 years experience in Java but I don't think I will be using that in web development so will be using the Object Oriented programming concepts from there with PHP.

I am willing to do this for free but I'll only do 5 projects at once, so that the projects can be done within a reasonable timeframe. A backlink linking to my web development site will do me alot of good, and your "project" will be in my portfolio (which I intend on posting to Twitter, Facebook etc once each project is done).

I was thinking of doing some free SEO, but I am already doing enough of that at the moment and I feel I need to concentrate more on enhancing my experience as a web developer, as that has been my chosen career path for 4 years now.

If you are interested, feel free to PM me with your project ideas and I will let you know if I am capable of doing them (I have enough programming experience to learn as I go, and this is especially the case with AJAX and jQuery). I want to help you all out for everything I have learned on here for the last 20 months and in turn help myself build a portfolio that a potential employer/customer will be pleased with. Once I have built a substantial portfolio I am thinking of putting a BST thread on here, but want to build some credibility first.

I finally set up my first autoblog, however I don't trust the thing. I don't have it set to post automatically. Instead, it posts to drafts, and then I go through, edit the draft, add tags and SEO, and THEN I post.

Does anyone else do similar? Am I wasting my time by customizing each post?

Hi. I've been using 3-4 different softwares like tubenoia and youtoob fe for mass like/favorite/subscribe and i've always had good results - today at some point all the likes that I do doesn't show on youtube ... all the softwares are giving in the logs that the account has successfuly likes a video, but it doesn't show up on youtube - anyone having the same issue? any ideas what might have caused that? suggestions?

Limiting Google to a certain area of a forum?

I have a forum that is political in nature and that means that it is hard to really get targeted keywords if I let Google run the whole site.

I was wondering if I could give Google and other bots a special forum where I would place content that generated better keywords that paid more out per click, or if I would be penalized because of that? I am prepared to write an article a day in this area with keywords that generate at least 1000 exact searches a month and according to adwords costs at least $2 to $5 meaning I should average about a $1 I hope.

Right now the site gets about 100 clicks a month and about 30 to 50K page views, so I would love to get about a $1/click if possible. Just trying to monetize the political side as best as I can.

Any advice? I would hate to see those clicks continue to be wasted on this site.

Alright so I've been trying to use tube toolbox to mass message people out on the tube. I have about 10 verified accounts that I wanted to rotate between. The problem is..the sending limit. It seems youtube stops the IP, not the account, from sending out messages after a certain amount have been sent. My question is..is there a certain type of proxy that will work with tube toolbox/youtube? Also, is there software that rotates between proxies so that I can continue sending all night long?

Massive Marketing Campaign

Hey,

I am about to launch a new website which won't be SEO'able to start off with so before Christmas I am looking to begin an offline marketing campaign.

I have read a lot about Guerrilla marketing but I don't want to break any laws and have lawyers knocking on my door.

I will be targeting people who shop online in general and people in the UK and hopefully want to attract some media attention to get a bit of a buzz going about the site.

Could anybody suggest any cool tricks? Here is what I have so far:

  • Flyers in places such as post office, chip shops
  • Telling everybody about it, telling them to tell their friends
  • Maybe a car sticker to advertise it while I am driving (fill my back windscreen)
I will also be trying a social media campaign to get a buzz going online too.

Any tips would be appreciated :)

anonymous vs transparent proxies

I recently learned that there are some proxies that are transparent?
this means the website owner can see your real ip? which is very scary considering all the naughty stuff i have done using proxies.
if a proxy passes scrapebox's tests, does that mean it is anonymous?
I dont care if the site owner KNOWS that i am using a proxy, i just dont want them to get my real ip.

I used Tubenoina a bit. Worked pretty good for my 8 accounts. Now when i bought 100 accounts it stopped working -.-

I do not know anything about this but this is interesting topic. I live in USA east coast. I am currently using my personal info and SSN to open all these accounts with adsense and clickbank. I want to know if it was possible to open up an offshore company and bank and just send earnings there. There are many services that seem to be able to set this up for you for a fee of around $1000

I do not understand the legalities or consequences of doing this. Is avoiding taxes legally simply a matter of setting up an offshore company and just opening up new accounts with adsense and clickbank and sending earnings to my new offshore company?

What about the websites I personally own and are hosted in USA do i need to transfer ownership of the websites to the new entity or can I still have them registered by me. From what I read it is okay to host site in USA.

Crazy FaceBook Fanpage / Pages Pagerank?

What is up with the latest Google pagerank?

I created a bunch of facebook pages only about a month ago and have been using a number of 'get likes' sites on them.

Average number of fans / page is about 500 up to 1000...

But heres the crazy thing..

They all have a PR of 3 - 4?

It makes no sense??

Anyone else find their Facebook pages have massive fast PR jumps?

I mean 1 mth old page with a PR4 is a record for me.

Check out you FB pages and see if yours are raking ok.

PS: Anyone with info how this is happening would be welcome.

Hey,

I have a site currently ranked #1 in Google for my main keywords. It has been there for about a month now and the niche is probably a medium competition one (ie: not super easy to rank, but not impossible either).

The site is about 7 months old and a PR 2.

Over the last 2 months, I have done some very aggressive link-building and have gotten about 20,000-30,000 high PR backlinks. I have also consistently added new original content daily over the same period.

I was just wondering what the next step is for SEO in terms of ensuring your site stays at #1?

When do you slow down on the content/link-building while feeling pretty certain that you site is there to stay?

Do I need to continue the aggressive link-building/content writing indefinitely or risk losing my rankings?

Any comments would be appreciated!

Hey guys this is the new version of My Search Engine Scraper (supports Google both .com and local versions, Yahoo and Bing). New in this version are the PageRank checker and the remove duplicate scraped results option. Enjoy!

How to use:
Scraper:
  • Copy or import list of keywords
  • Select search engine to use
  • Set custom footprint if you want
  • Set proxies through the proxies tab (Strongly suggested to avoid IP bans)
  • Click "Start Scraping" (button changes to "Stop Scraping" which can be used to stop the scraper)
  • Click the "Remove Duplicates" button to remove scraper results that occured more than once
  • When the scraper is finished the nutton "Stop Scraping" will be reverter back to "Start Scraping" then you can copy the scraped urls or click save to save them to a text file

PR checker:
  • Copy or import list of websites you want to check their pagerank
  • Set proxies through the proxies tab (Strongly suggested to avoid IP bans. Not working proxies will results in a -1 PR of the site)
  • Set the minimum and maximum waiting between PageRank requests (this is a random waiting time to emulate human behavior)
  • Click Start PR check (The PR checker can be stopped by clicking the Stop PR check button<)/li>
  • Sites can be sorted by URL or PR (both ascendind and descending order) by clicking on either ther URL or PR header
  • The list of the websites with their pagerank can be saved as a CSV or a text file by clicking Save list

When I open my browser.

I am still signed in to my google account.

I come to bhw today to discuss something I haven't seen in the past 4 years of my SEO career, I have a website which I gradually build links to with tools like sick,sb,amr,bmr it's quite a competitive niche but I was ranked 2 for a keyword I hardly ever targeted and 9 for a keyword which I constantly targetted, today I do a rank check and I see the keyword which was ranked 2 in at 168, and the keyword ranked 9 in at 680+, now normally when I see a website dancing I can often check ranks multiple times in a day and each time it will be a different rank, but today it's not happening like that, what do you think this is?
